TMK First drill was started April 12th, finished April 26th - so 14 days. Took 9 days to move and set up and start 2nd drill, so if we say the same happens, the 2nd drill should finish May 19th, another 9 days to move and set up 3rd drill, so 3rd drill should finish June 11th. As said that's if all run the same sequence as the first drill . It then depends how long to move the drill from TMK's block to Velociraptor. I believe it is a fair trek, and then to set the drill up and start on Velociraptor, so i would say last week in June potentially

Ibiza, think you are totally correct on MB. Ref being bought out. IMO i think when we get the LP for Heron and we start working with DQE and have multi wells on the go Petro China will be an offer in for Block XX. They did the same with SOCO many years ago on the blocks they have now. OM would then be left to concentrate on Velociraptor, New Licences and Renewables. The only negative side to the PC Block XX takeover i believe will be whether MRPAM/MMHI and the locals accept PC having Block XX considering their previous performance.

Then ID posted that he thought we could get news on Velociraptor spud within the next 3 weeks, which is a very feasible comment. As stated TMK who are using the drill equipment before passing on to us are bang on time with their timeframe. The drill pads are being sorted in May as per PM's RNS, so in my opinion there was absolutely no need for BP to call ID an idiot for an innocent post. BP's comment was toxic and uncalled for.

MisterP - BP supposedly filtered me when i kept calling him out and asking him questions that he would never answer, but funnily enough a post i put on earlier this morning he replied to it. Sad really.

Yes cac, the one word in the comments whether its FB or Google translate which i believe you can't misinterpret is the word "contract". When i first posted this morning, the post ref the oil pipeline hadn't come out. I now tend to lean with the oil pipeline contract being signed off and as we know the Eco Activists are Anti Oil. From a positive POV as mentioned previously the oil pipeline from the oil refinery to Block 19 has to be a positive for PM getting this ruddy special status land permit.

Just seen this link. Could the contract the Eco Activists are talking about relate to this, there is a paragraph stating a contract is about to be signed.

Philip Malone leaves his post as UK Ambassador to Mongolia at the end of June after 5 years in office. I have emailed him and thanked him for his help with PM, but also asked him to push to get the Special Status Land Permit over the line as his legacy so he can see he got the first UK listed company in Mongolia to move from an explorer to a producer and started the road for Petro Matad to make a big impact in Mongolia - well hopefully he can help !!!

I would prefer to wait a few more weeks for the LP to be granted and the land being classed as special status if it meant the locals were behind it. Would mean a lot less hassle moving forward for PM.
