Bixy, i personally think there are lots going on behind the scenes that are probably under NDA's. We still don't know exactly what happened at that IOM meeting. He part explained, but i believe there is more to it.

Keep the board factual and don't ramp or deramp so a sensible non name calling debate can be had

Curiouser, i have no doubt it is a great price for derampers to get in at the moment, i personally wish i had funds to buy more, but they could still be looking at getting in cheaper, don't forget the SP went below 4p after the previous RNS. The LP not being granted as yet as been used as a tool by MM's to lower this SP and swallow up shares of stop losses and weak holders and also derampers are using this also. You will see it goes quieter on this board when the SP starts to rise as these people have bought back in. It's been a recurring cycle.

bb descends into chaos and mudslinging when the sp is falling because certain posters have sold their shares and don't want to see positive factual information. amazing how the bb goes mostly quiet when the sp is rising as these certain posters have bought back in. as said before this share has always been a traders dream share. mm manipulation the last few of weeks has been off the scale with this share, much to the delight of the derampers and traders.

just keep posting factual and potential of pm to remind everyone especially newbies on here - always in your own opinion and don't fall for the filter me and looking out for fellow investors, it's all b*ll**** and a smokescreen. you want to see what these derampers are posting to counter them and post the factual and potential, again and again and again. legit investors who want this to do well will not mind whatsoever.

And WOS and if your posts are as mentioned as per below, keep them coming on a daily basis and as many times as you want. If someone is invested in PM and wants it to do well they will not mind the posts, but people ie traders, shorters are on here you will tell them a mile off

WOS keep posts factual, from RNS's or Mongolian Government websites. Use words could, might, i believe, in my opinion. Refrain from saying LP will be here on certain days, weeks etc and SP will be this. Always state stuff like this as your opinion only. A daily update or re confirmation of the potential of PM is great for newbies who want to see where PM could be in future. If you are then questioned, sl*gged off by certain posters their motives will be crystal clear. Forget the name calling like sneaky. They will show themselves for what they are

What is interesting about the Twitter post from PM - below link, when they refer to the LP - the word that stands out is PROGRESS. MB is fkg useless at putting out RNS's, but the twitter post is good enough for me.

Certain people on here i thought had a point where they questioned blatant ramping, price will be this, price will be that, etc etc, but they are now showing their true colours. Shame.

At the end of the day, we have 29 days where this share COULD and i reinstate or COULD NOT be a life changer for certain investors. Let's hope the long wait comes to fruition for those patient investors. ATB everyone

IMO it's to do with putting new procedures in place for future exploration, so no ambiguity further down the line. As per the Exploitation Licence which took an age, Petro Matad were the guinea pig for that one as it was the first Exploitation Licence granted for over 10 years. The Land Permit is the same type of thing, we are again the guinea pig. As frustrating as it is I think it is for the best, as hopefully if we discover oil at V1 we won't have to go through the same crap as Heron.

Also these new procedures I believe there is less chance of corruption which IMO held us back at the local level.

Major were finishing up at Gurvantes XXXV on 2nd June as per below link, so with their performance there - on time and on budget I would think Major can't be far off now to starting drill

Personally and IMO I think we will get a RNS Monday confirming spud date, time is money for Major so they won't be p*ssing around.

I also think we will get the LP in the same RNS. Here's hoping, who knows, more chance of being wrong but IMO I think it will happen. Roll on Monday GLA investors

Also iamrich, just a thought, could be wrong, but why give the employees (non directors) free shares at this minute in time - is it so they benefit as well at the big spike that could be coming - as said IMO

Iamrich, if they have already started construction of the oil pipeline, surely they have been granted land status for the area under construction, otherwise they wouldn't have started at the end of April with a big announced ceremony. There would be massive egg on the face if they had to stop construction, because they hadn't got a permit. The oil pipeline starts from Matad Soum in Block 19. Therefore IMO I can only think that the area around the pipeline they are talking about is PM's Block XX. As said that is my opinion. Fingers crossed

What doesn't make sense to me is that why would the land ministry need to grant a special needs licence for land use and pass it to the cabinet for the land "around the oil pipeline" - which starts in Matad Soum in Block 19 when they have already started construction on the oil pipeline at the end of April and there was a big announcement confirming this.

Doc the way I look at it, is there could different scenarios and as already said tbh I haven't got a clue what is playing out here. As frustrating as it it I am confident we are going to get good news soon. IMO !!!

As much as I have been vocal against MB for his lack of communication, as a CEO I cannot believe he would go ahead with the spud of Velociraptor if he hasn't been guaranteed he is going to get the LP. As I said ref the MG it would be suicidal for them not to grant it, I think it would also be suicidal of MB and to Petro Matad as a company and its shareholders if then V1 was a duster.

Or is he going ahead as he is more than 20% confident Velociraptor is going to come good, he keeps on harping on about how excited they are about Velociraptor. He's the one who stated it COULD be a country changer. Or is it due to the time left on the Exploration licence means he needs to drill it now, or is it because Major Drilling have to go to TMK after V1 and potentially V2, so he is time limited. Who knows ??? none of us !!!

Obviously for all our sakes we get the LP and Velociraptor comes in. Here's hoping. GLA

Betcha, imo would be suicidal of the MG not to grant the LP. They have put so much emphasis on needing foreign investment, then to deny a UK listed company who have paid for an exploration license to then discover oil and to be refused a land permit would be complete and utter madness. What signal does that send out to other foreign investors especially when they are also opening new tenders for other blocks.

The LP COULD be discussed at the cabinet meeting tomorrow, it would make sense if the new ministry has discussed special land statuses around the oil pipeline and passed it to cabinet to sign off to also have discussed same thing ie LP for PM. Well as i said it would make sense in most peoples eyes, but who knows with the MG. Here's hoping it is though and we can all move forward and stop this toxic board

Doc, tbh long overdue, but as of late some of the abuse has been over the top and is uncalled for, whether that's through frustration of the SP dropping after the latest RNS, who knows, but some of it is out of order. Hopefully people can calm down a bit now, knowing they can potentially get banned

Vikinglass, I tend to agree, he had to put out a RNS due to pressure from investors, and that it was a rush job, full of nothing. I believe researchandhold was correct in what he wrote that there could be NDA's in place hence why MB couldn't put much substance in the RNS. Hopefully in the next RNS we will get to know the real reasons behind the IOM meeting and the new company created

Mr.P the good side to this BB, as I have mentioned none of us know, it's good to throw ideas around of what it could be and we agree/disagree etc etc with no animosity. I tend to disagree ref JV hence why the LP is taking so long. My biggest reason for the JV is the new oil refinery and MG having enough feedstock for it and I think a JV with PM on oil as well as new licences and renewables stops a potential takeover of PM from PC. The same as PC did with Soco in Blocks 19 & 21. Heron has already discovered oil, Velociraptor hasn't, new licences haven't. MG need the oil for the refinery. They can sell to PC up until refinery ready to generate revenues for both PM and MG, but after that they transfer it to the oil refinery. As said my thoughts on it, be happy to hear other thoughts
