Guessing that part of November’s $8M placing was destined for the additional 2 mile pipe installation and also for carrying out an updated CPR.
AM had previously raised c.£700K in June / July 2020, which was thought to have been for the Ryder Scott CPR & which was then published c.2 months later at end of September.
An updated CPR will now hopefully have been completed or at least is well progressed. Which then opens up new directions for funding.

Having had 6 months to formulate a finance package that then stops COPL’s permanent horizontal slide of its sp [ Dec.16th 2020 4.8B OS @25P ] and with no finance package yet surfacing on how to access 1B+ bbls, then I don’t reckon any HNW or ii will be too enamoured to be collecting significantly.
AM again drops a significant RNS, but this time hopefully is more non-fiction than some of his more recent fiction best sellers.
IF the banks are not interested in his story telling or are perhaps just following the FCA route of double checking then triple checking every one of his statements, then it could be quite a while prior to fruition of 1B+++ bbls.

Nice news. Guessing that next phase hinges on raising the credit,
where previously AM took a $200M north American O&G into the North Sea and within a few short years was then able to negotiate a cheque for £1B from Bank of Scotland & their associates, only to then have the cheque cancelled as the Fanny Mae mortgage crisis hit.
If on a similar comparable route with our current mc of c.£40M could perhaps give access to £400M. The banks will now be sitting up & running through the figures.
That is Assuming of course that our heavy weight neighbours don’t pounce first.

Nice find illusion. There then seems to be no concern from the Receiver having to keep the assets wrapped together as a package, as normally required under Chapter 15, which is good news for AM.

Last MDA for Cuda was for Q2 & highlighted the $2.8M upgrade costs they incurred (coinciding with us then handing over $9M to SWP) and so exceeding their revenue for Q2 of $2.5M prior to an operating netback of $18.27 bbl (inc. of the $22 bbl operational & transportation costs) all ultimately resulting in a net balance of $131,155. Various loans then due repayment at anything up to 20% interest.

With AM’s continued aggressive investments in additional wells plus the upgraded manifolds combined with the prospect of a lean cold month with nothing much to show for those investments, then would suspect that the Receiver may have to accept a quick resolution if Tallin are not inputting any funds. Could very well be as John described ie ‘all wrapped up’.

The simplywall.st estimated revenue for 2022 also at c.$44M
1052 bopd is now hedged at $56.58, so generates revenue of $21.7M
& suggests that the various analysts believe we will generate additional
$22.3M which when divided by 365, then gives $61,025 per day,
so suggests approximately 1000 bopd at $61.
Or it could be 500 bopd x $122 or could perhaps 1500 bopd x $40,
Imo.. likely though is 948 bopd x $64.5 (+1052 hedge allocation)

Total of 2000 bopd then appears to be earmarked by the analysts.
Which then gets inputted on Shaa’s equations against a suitable PE.
& shows the magnitude of what is potentially available at WTI $64.5

Without Cuda, but inputting the January 2021 simulation figures of c.7000 bopd
then gives Copl c.4000 bopd & c. $88M annual revenue.

WITH Cuda & the additional 47% bopd acquired….
