Good for us as is very similar in style to Amit's, with his wee bit limitations on the vernaculars. By simple deduction, you can see that there is one statement left, in the debrief, that has had no comment made against it : '..Whilst he considers the minutes of the meeting to reflect the discussion in part, out of context he will not endorse their publication....' Now, I truly don't expect you to be able to deduce anything from that statement, but those more inquisitive, those with slightly more awakened minds, might try contemplate and think... two further salient points 1) Jamie Bligh is attempting to put a gagging order on Tim '... he will not endorse..' 2) & that there then appears to be a hint of a possibility that Tim has already printed '...their publication..' So, now you have changed your tune, 1st we had 'no comments without Jamie's authority' and now we have a slightly more jaundiced outlook on proceedings. You are consistent bud.

a few points that not our Embarrassingly poor interpreter Dougal has yet failed to recognise.. namely, that Jamie Bligh had hijacked the meet : 1. Bligh imposes nothing but disdain for the shareholder group & its representative : '...Furthermore it does not sit well with Jamie that Tim Ashdown as a shareholder, has taken an authoritative position to relay company information to a minority...' 2. He then imposes similar disdain on Amit, with his attempt at a gagging order : '...Furthermore he has recommended any future updates should be strictly via the website, not held in private of behind the charade of confidentiality...' 3. Bligh concedes his position is weak, he has to supplement his holdings with 'founding father' gravitas : '...Jamie has confirmed that he, and other larger/founder shareholders..' To stop further embarrassment, can anyone do the sums and work out Who is the minority.... There are still only 448M OS in circulation. Yes we know Amit's paperwork is appalling, we know that there is still only c.29% holding reported in Nominee Accounts, & we can clearly see that Amit has kept the figures for the largest Nominee holding away from the list of the significant holders, namely those of HL's investors. Tim has access to 51% of those holdings, so.. c.228M OS, via the 980+ investors who allowed their holdings to be accountable within the Shareholder Group, then the Very least that Jamie Bligh, Amit And Tracy could do, is Recognise the position, of the Representative of the Shareholder Group. This is NOT a minority, in accordance with the figures at current disposal. There is a totally seperate argument for allowing all information to be shared and is i agree with the use of confidentiality, but Not when it is clearly being abused. The repercussions of such a poor meeting will only exacerbate PI's feelings of anger. Amit thankfully has already released a significant amount of detail in his recent Podcast / Q&A session, which most peeps can then ably interpret for finding possible time-lines, partnerships & involved players. Hopefully either Amit or Tim will rise above this 'murkiness', & recognise the benefits that a shared coffee meet raises, by putting pen to paper, over the weekend, and give an account to All the shareholders of any positivity's shared, even if just to concede, that there is confidence in this new direction being taken..

Professor Google : ".."Sitting on the fence" is a common idiom used in English to describe one's neutrality or hesitance to choose between two sides in an argument or a competition, or inability to decide due to lack of courage..." whereas in private circles, it is known that I am not a fan of either Keybo's hot-headed arguments nor either of Moss's stated ambitions at becoming the CEO, and of the shareholders then supplying his wages. Re-interpreting my post might then might show I did try to give a balanced view, and highlighted what I thought may be some good positives in addition to the more apparent negatives, to those who may be unsure on the issue. Not so much fence-sitting, as just trying to be balanced. It is that I reason on this issue very similar to yourself, & like all shareholders, I think there are answers that need to be addressed. It is a difficult call. Peeps expecting a meeting next week, might have to take a closer look at those given access to any potential meet, and contemplate how Amit might think & then react, when setting up said meeting with those having a clear history of not keeping their word.. A balanced view will of course not only try cover the arguments of both (1) those pro Amit and (2) those against Amit, but will also try cover the 3rd party involvement, and as I've stated, I find his play on confidence.. interesting.

As young Jack points out, this will need 51% shareholder approval to implement any resolutions. Where I suspect Jack is wrong though, is he then suggests that Amit would simply dilute the holdings. I believe this to be wrong, as Amit in response to some recent correspondence, has now updated the share-holdings, which again verifies that there are currently only 448M OS in circulation. This then possibly suggests that (1) Amit has been bank-rolling the last 12 months activities, & that (2) he's very confident, the 51% needed, will Not be found. We know that Tim has access to 51% of current total holdings via the Shareholder Group, but we don't know how all these 980+ investors wish to proceed. Bearing in mind, it took c.3 months to acquire a response from all these 980+, would it then be feasible that they all 100% of them responded to any requests for resolutions... I seriously doubt. But, then say they did, & a 51% majority was found, could Amit then carry out the possible dilution, as per the authority given to him by Resolution 5? & I would then imagine there would have to be some serious proof of expenditure ie, he would have to explain, why at this particular point in time, is there a need for such dilution, so where does he get the confidence from... We know that there is further dilution coming as we know there are outstanding warrants, so perhaps Amit's confidence stems from relisting this on the market, & diluting to c.650M OS inclusive of these warrants ? Of note though, is that Amit has been in meetings with some shareholders and he has been replying to some peeps queries, eg. the updated holdings. He is though, staying well clear of any further aggressives. To vote for an EGM, will be feasible to raise the 10% needed, to vote for any change, not so easy. The twitter group wish for the ex-employee Alon Moss to be installed as an NED, and that comes with some positives, with his expereinces of technical projects. There is also a strong opinion amongst them for Keybo to be installed also as NED, but many peeps believe he's simply too hot-headed for the position. This being AIM and its quite easily seen, that most peeps in this game, are at worst, shysters, or at best, simply unscrupulous. Is a difficult call, then to decide, on the best way forward. Will Amit provide anything concrete to offset peeps anger, and that's a difficult call. Interesting game.

Yet looking at the global charts & easy to see that recent global energy requirements will have been off the scale ; Sydney with 47c+ & east America with its 'weather bombs' hitting-20c. The leaking feeder pipe giving a short-term regional macro, spiking Brent, could imo be sustained, if the global weather patterns currently being seen, were to last. Mandelbrot's Equations tend to paint a far darker picture of what could happen if the weather exceeded certain datums. Result of which would then be quite an impressive spike in energy stocks. with 10%+ currently held by the directors then confident that best endeavours will be sought.

As I said, you had deramped AEX on no substance & with no detail, whilst it was at 1p, then it shortly after went to 5p. You've been criticised for deramping CTAG in 2016, & at which point it had then gone to 20+p You again, have been recently loudly deramping & when asked to explain your reasoning, have again failed to provide any detail. If we wish to play the game, then we do so knowing, that quite often, **** happens. We make our margins around that, expecting the worse. If you live by the sword, you can expect to die by the sword, unless your name is Dougal and at which point you bleet very embarrassingly, that you've been stabbed a 1000 times. You'll now have probably slowly gathered, that somebody was rudely enjoying a wee laugh, whilst twisting that sword that has inflicted you, with how many was it, 1001 cuts ? And IOT18 did have a nice ring to it ?! The moment you start showing any signs of genuine sincerity to your fellow investors, then perhaps, who knows, karma might indeed see details be more forth-coming. 'material' would surely be beneficial to all ? ahhhhh.... you're thinking 'team' which perhaps might be an anathema to some, when prefixed by AIM ? who to trust & who not to trust, its your number 1 asset & its derived from your deep survival skill set. it then raises an interesting wee question, can peeps formulate an equation for AIM, relying on these we share 'teamwork' with ? Is difficult to give concrete conclusion, as for example it can easily be read that we disagree massively on the MO of that northern-man ramper, which alone suggests caution at the very least, & more recently perhaps, just look at dougal's efforts; again deramping another stock quite vociferously yet fails / refuses to provide any reasoned responses when questioned why. So, someone you May have taken as being a sincere investor, just turns out to be another promoter of unsubstantiated claims.. that's understandable, it just points at a rather insincere investor hoping for a better price for himself. hardly qualifies as a reliable component though in team-work. Are there perhaps peeps out there, who actually do take part in team-work, share their sincere beliefs, and ultimately help bring about a slightly better outcome on that equation of AIM returns. in short bud, you need to take one for the team, even if at the very least it results in not having to read my name in slights (i'm guessing that the prior "hey dougie boy, it is FACT.." bit a lot deeper than originally surmised) across the various bb's. you could perhaps even get around to talking technicals....
