Your isolation of a section of the above, is fair comment, it is how you interpet it.

Bud, it has always amused me, how you seem to get a bee in your bonnet, every time you come across, what you believe to be 'implied arcane knowledge'.. It really grates you.
Just for the record, I have had no contact with the CEO.
I do Not do CEOs, I stay well clear.
Yes.. Occasionaly as a significant shareholder then I have a responsibility to my fellow shareholders to pass on their concerns, to seek answers, directly from CEOs but this can be done through mediums, usually emails.
It gives me independence in how I evaluate what is happening without the restrictions of becoming personnaly involved. I get all my information, audit accounts, etc, etc, from 3rd parties outwith CTAG.
What grates you, is your perceived interpretation that some peeps are somehow walking around with nuggets of information that put them at an advantage... that as you cry, should be shared out...? There is no advantage bud, we are delisted. Why don't You send Amit an email ? Why don't You raise legitimate and sincere concerns ?
Your powers of interpretation consistently fall on the negatives. That is your fair assessment bud, but stop with the bleeting, every time you perceive an injustice, that in your opinion, all peeps, long and short, should get access to all the information. It doesn't work like that in the real world.
'communication with some but not all shareholders' is simply the way it is. It is factual. It was written to K2 as a factual. Nothing more nothing less. Your interpretation is entirely your own. I see it as a Positive, that Amit is communicating.
I have been asked several times to meet up with Amit. I don't believe though it is in my best interest or his best interest for me to do so. I believe I can make reasonable assessment of who is sincere, without seeing the colour of his/her eyes. Some peeps may indeed have arcane knowledge, but IF it is of any relevance, then generally it quickly gets spread about.
Stop worrying about those perceived injustices, use the tools that you already have, use the knowledge that you already have, make your assessments of how you perceive this project might develop, & pity sake, stop with all the negatives if you sincerely hope to find any of the positives.
