I was merely keeping the previously advertised '..billion $ prospective diabetes monitor..' in what I perceived to be a far more apt (& colourful) description, for its more apparent form, ie A rather large protruding extra finger, & simply trying to highlight its rather obtrusive shape and of how the advertised spiel suggesting 'continuous monitoring' was nothing other, imho, pure bunkum..

Rk., Since my early Saturday post '..lets just wait....', you have then since posted on 'scamus Amitus' & an alleged 'viable diabetes monitor'

When those posts are then met with replies, in effect debuncted, you then state '.. you are over-analysing....' (= with 'taking it too seriously' ?). & then when one reads 'what is on the tin', one then finds out, it is nothing other than a PR ploy, of fabricating a product against 'what 90% of sufferers are asking for, namely 'continuous', which is quite Clearly Not The Case, for the promoted finger gadget-thingy. I guess your personal environment may support the continuous wearing of a protruding extra finger, but most peeps environments are a wee bit more robust than that.

Presumably every reply to each of your rather wonderful but weird hypotheticals/suggestions, will then be met by ' ...I fail to understand why you continue to support Amit..', thereby weakly rebuking any counter-argument.

It was made loudly clear to myself, by various sincere parties, that i was to keep quiet on this news, as there was still discussions ongoing, with various Nomads, etc, & also the possibility that Uncle Tom & his merry band of brothers would then seek to maliciously jeopardise.

We now have an event, where an ex-employee, Alon Moss, has now put pen to paper, via twitter, openly advertising a possible re-listing, whilst subtly warning peeps off from further investments.

!st impression. It smacks of a wee bit 'disgruntled' behaviour from AM ; he states he is aware of a 'possible re-listing' sourced from several others who have been approached, & it seems that he is not prepared to wait on that being verified, & would proceed with legal approach in winding up the company, if he does not get his way.....

Strong factor in this new development, is that one of those who requested that i keep quiet, was AM's strongest supporter, i.e., K2., aka Keiron, who must now be feeling slightly miffed that the details have emerged, from somewhat closer to home ?

2nd impression. is the twitter release part of a game-plan, by AM (& K2?) to now push Amit into a corner, irrespective of the consequences from malicious players. K2 is imo earnest in obtaining the best outcome for Pi's & so would have to suspect that CTAG are now adequately positioned to handle the outcome of this, i.e.. that we are close to news being announced ?

Many good peeps did not trust AM's earlier judgements, & on balance, it does appear to be just simply malicious.

Whatever...The ball is now in Amit's court and he now needs to address this concern for potential (&past) Pi's, so hopefully he will allay any fears of those legal retributions for continued non-compliance against judgements, versus...

For me, it is a variable.
'draw a line in the sand' and yes that's possible, but would only come after being satisfied that all avenues (some of which will be variables) have ceased.

For me & i do not have the luxury of being able to dictate 'on the 12th hour of the 12th day of the...', & is i could not & would not entertain that philosophy with my style of investments.

Sure, if at some point, the expectations, realistic or otherwise, then drop to below an acceptable level, that the quoted 'developments' do not match the perceived timeframes, and at which point, yes, one will seek an alternative, plan B perhaps, or as i have done in the past, then just quietly walk away.

As already stated, my perceptions of the current developments have given me an approximate time-frame to reference against.

1. my iphone & yahoo are non-friendly bed buddies, if you don't upload the yahoo app (gets deleted every time i have a tizzy fit with their service/ads) & therefore rely on yahoo mail deliveries thru the iPhone's mail settings... resultant is some pretty slow mail deliveries.
2. & your battery is pooped, which then necessitates the battery setting is set to 'low power mode', And further delays..
3. & of course your screen is cracked for the umpteenth time (the new replacement has been sat on the table courtesy of a long long week's misdemeanours) which then stops the Apple shop from replacing tired battery.

I'd suggest you need to try get away from those black & white interpretations and their resulting black & white forecasts, not everything can be simply regulated as such. Perhaps try & be a wee bit more...fluid. Lol, my bad, but adhering to regimes is not my thing.

You are now asking for an 'acceptable latest time-frame', after which presumably, there is no room for further developments or perhaps after which, we all then opt for plan B, but imo as noted, there's quite a limited tolerance with those black&white forecasts...

My original interpretations of any timeframes were from media releases at start of this year was, that the then latest developments could well take us all the way through 2018. I had posted Amit's quote 'we are just at the start of 2018' and commented then, that my opinion was we would be using all of 2018. Suddenly there is some active noise where it is being proclaimed '..during Xth month, Amit hopes to.....' and I then post details of that month, the resultant will simply be that too many peeps of similar black&white regime, will take it as gospel, and then drown any future adjustments, in their interpretation of the sic doomsday date.

So.. In answer then.... I currently do not have an 'acceptable latest date'.

Is I like the rumours that I'm hearing and as I earlier posted, it matches my time-frame.

but with several voices all hinting of the possibility of a relisting.

'healthy' will hopefully be relative to some peeps averages
but bear in mind that some subscriptions were raised quite high.

i can't imagine many Pi's are going to be too keen to commit any further,
without in-depth knowledge of the details & Amit is playing it very close,
therefore to gain access to capital, then some ii's will have be tempted in.. very cheaply.

i'll politely refrain from any opinions on corporate value with this bb, purely as most peeps here, have retention levels which will then dictate, i have to repeat said opinions, within a couple of weeks time.

I will again though, Strongly suggest, that peeps acquire the latest wrist monitors, trial them, and see for themselves the current failings they have, with respect to treating the clinically obese / with respect to the market that CTAG are currently chasing in 2018.
