No offence meant Wakey, but reading between the lines of Young Hex's post, that he is getting somewhat desperate in his quest to provide answers & with him again playing the alleged shareholders interest card, for, as he succinctly put it '..an independent director to facilitate both long & shorts..', then i am led to believe that i may have skimmed over something, that has somewhat unnerved him... ? Without nothing directly from the company, is that most of what's posted on here, then gets *blush* skimmed over. My outlook, is simply to monitor patiently, and for now, let Amit continue with whatever it is that he is doing, & which has recently seen (A) improvement in his communication & confidence levels, & conversly (B) a substantial ramp up in Young Hex's negative contributions. I do though totally agree, with one of your earlier sentiments (not everything is skimmed over!) that a little knowledge in the wrong hands is indeed a dangerous thing.
