Forever dismayed at the high number of peeps involved in an Investors web site, with poor interpreting skills, of salient facts/points, or relevant opinions, or numericals.. Yet presumably, have deemed themselves knowledgeable, resourceful & astute enough, to invest... & no doubt, h4s n0 pr0bl3m d3c1ph3rin9 m0d3rn 3n9L15h. What bit don't you understand bud... Is it that a group of talented directors, some with experience as CEO's & CFO's for �2B+ companies, could not then get the financials worked out, or the backing, for a proposed �200M+ company, for which they have the requisite experience for ...? or that wee technical maths bit, re., : $ soaring / � crashing = revenue soaring = everybody living 'apply ever after... ? ( & just don't put in a time-line on that $ soaring, otherwise your c.�145M is not going to buy very much? (perhaps an equation a wee bit too far..)). It simply means what you want it to mean : it is for you to decipher & evaluate. & ps. It does NOT mean : "...but you said... but you pwomised....." & pss.. big thank you bud, that's him gone quiet...?! What will be, will be.

Nice write up bud, and I'll accept it's genuine. Would disagree though on your lack of trust, but is that we are all able to formulate our own opinions. Would go so far as to say your para 3 is strongly similar to my own thoughts and I had questioned the personnal traits of those actively involved, resulting in that same conclusion. Toby's previous, will no doubt have been a significant factor in getting the financials to support us. Let's see if the team can pull it off.

that 'success story', which was "trumpeted" very loudly by a handful of over-excitable Pi's, some even running a campaign of deleting negative posts, then left a very one-sided argument as to the project's possibilities. & some open-minded peeps might question who can then put 100% blame on an entrepreneur for getting caught up in the loud hype surrounding his product.. The man is most certainly guilty of failing to deliver, but what is not confirmed, is how close the failings were prior to delivering, i.e.. did he have absolutely no intent to deliver on anything advertised or was there intent, which then hit unfore-seens ; technically or otherwise ? peeps will no doubt have already made up their own minds, but for someone, who previously dictated very loudly that 'it is a guaranteed winner', whilst refusing to listen to any critics, then its quite easy to surmise, how such a narrow outlook would then easily result in further narrow visions, eg. those 'blatant lies'... Is a difficult call, with such one-sided campaigns, for genuine Pi's to try work out wether the product is genuine, wether it will meet All the criteria necessary to pass the Health Boards requirements, wether it will be financially viable, but there most certainly is a requirement for such a health monitoring asset. Wether or not, they can get a slice of that market, is in the hands of the Gods and even then, after the Gods have filled in their score-sheets, it would still be extremely foolish to confirm it as a 'guaranteed winner'... Lets hope Toby has a wee bit more success, and that perhaps hope that Lady Luck is a wee bit more gracious on this one.

It appears we have a lot of good sincere peeps, Tracey included, who are all conflicting with each other. Buisness by its very nature, is war, is of conflicts, of misguided endeavours, each hoping for the 'correct' solution... It's good that we are all cautious.

As you suggest, then someone who has allegedly 'been privy to incriminating evidence' ( you will at least hopefully have noted, that the evidence as such is inadmissible as 'heresay', keeping any potential legal conflicts, difficult to prove) would indeed shout 'liar' if that indeed was the case, but I then surmised it as, you were 'given a confidence boost by generous offer'... So, nowhere does it state you were lying bud. I still stand by my earlier statement, that you are not a liar, but that you are economical with the truth and may i now add, Very adept at creating false allusion, with your way tooo frequent double standards/entendres... The 'evidence' as such, simply shows that there is a generous offer, if needed, by the shareholders with suggestions of how to do better..ie, with an EGM. So, ignoring all of the above, how does one propose to carry out this due diligence ?

IF all the '...You have...' took place last year, then All will sympathise with a Pi looking for more positive feedback than what was given.. Which was then, absolutely zilch. IF all the '...You have...' are relevant to Recent developments, then there may indeed be cause for concern. But as yet, it is Again more of '...would you like me to post.... Hi Wakey, Sorry, but re deliver, & my time scales are somewhat... dystopian in outlook : I've laid out the 'basic technology' requirements that i suspect we need & already have, But, i've left open the soft-ware requirements, that i believe, have still to be agreed on. Which require the mundane & very slow processes of getting everyone to sit at the table. I've previously referred to a possible time-frame being mentioned, in 2018 media report. Your 6 month period though, should see Substantiated news, hopefully covering the basic requisites of dougal's earlier high-lighted 4 questions..
