Inclined to agree with the ‘for much further down the line’ as it would also tie it in with AM’s ‘suspension whilst being re-evaluated..similar to an IPO’.

Throwing in ‘future dividends’ only appears to be entertaining those with an immediate requirement to quantify the long term future potential, namely the MM’s/investment bankers.

For the Pi though, riding a volatile emerging stock & it seems about as applicable as saying ‘we’re heading to Vegas & btw, there’s a nice MacDonalds’. Its what might be said to entice Joey, ie its a bit of a smokescreen whilst serious players try to get down to the business of working out the metrics of hitting a jackpot..

Further explanation would be appreciated of COPL’s next tactical moves inc. covering the use of those additional funds that seem to be available of an unused $9M from recent bookbuild. CPR’s $3.5M/month for P1&P2, appears to have been catered for & then exceeded, therefore chasing January’s field evaluations of much improved >5000bopd seems to be in progress. Could Cole Creek &/or Federal Deep then start to be immediately developed with those additional funds..

Nice figures Charlie, similar thinking had me looking at 7p (before latest dilution), ie, similar bopd target, which imv could be accomplished on 57% (stacked reservoirs) & similar to your OPL 6000bopd.

For me, then a slightly longer suspension works favourably, as per earlier of showing the ii’s what the production team is capable of, in addition to the strong feeling that further news is imminent. A hiatus until mid-May, would see all those come to fruition.

Stock consolidation and is not for ii’s but i just believe that would be the respectable approach towards the long suffering Canadians, & the 28 day notification period needed, could be captured if AM has other ‘acquisitions/WI’s/marginals in the background.

Guessing I must have slept through the aggression as didn’t see any of that. A couple of noisy inputs early on from the usual FUD’s but just normal reactions on a highly charged stock, then with the bb reports being regularly posted on the trades, everyone then just trying to decipher the plays: Big sells then being hoovered up by big buys & the herd being kept out.

American & Canadian O&G plays being the original bread & butter of AM & Oilexco prior to them making big waves in the North Sea, will now see AM back on familiar ground but the rather unusual severity in the weekend snow storms appears to have even brought the snow-ploughs & gritters to a complete stop.

What’s the worst that could happen? delay announced, the sp tanks, & then in 5 days time, Atomic Senior then owns 50% of the company.... lol.

Just finishing lunch-time in Wyoming, so guessing the introductory speeches & the farewells are now being done at AGO's office.

Massive volume today which far exceeds both 88e & Prem volumes today, yet with only c.20% of the amount of 88e trades & only 10% of the amount of Prem trades. The herd has not yet reached us, leaving room for some very confident buys, being done by a limited few. Their late arrival will work in our favour, if the loose stock has now been picked up by the serious Pi's/ii's/banks. Might just go mental..

Thanks Antha, was indeed some nice memories from AST & CH's early endeavours (if you were reading this bb last Friday you may have picked up on Andrew Austin's latest venture KIST, which has just acquired some of AST's old hunting grounds the M10, off Denmark). Will watch how AM plays out on this over the next week, but if all goes well, then I think not too unreasonable to see a £1B evaluation if & when OPL comes on-line. The serious Pi's addition to some ii's are currently loading up. Hoping I will have a better understanding by end of April.

CPR P1 & P2 development/production figures come in at $3.5M/month (5000bod). Tiburn’s equations showed that proportionally & Cuda’s % share of the costs, then brought the CPR figure down by almost 60-70%. Taking the higher cost, $3.5M/month & there is then an approximate time lag of up to 2 months for the injections to take full effect, so only $7M required. Which then leaves c.$12M from the raise. Plus the offer of an additional loan of a further $20M.

Added production sounds good.
Could be he’s aiming at possibly doubling the P1 &P2 CPR figure of 5000bod, with the new figure of 10,000bod from latest presentation...?

ref. Kistos being valued c.£250M for P2 of c.7Mbo against our P2 of 31Mbo & £34M mc.
December's COPL fig's (pre-Atomic) was an sp c.0.30p. 4.8B OS & mc of c.£14M,
which currently then evaluates Atomic at £20M.

A hefty premium (60% on the recent cash shell) has been attached to the buyer's name, Andrew Austin. Who previously converted a cash shell of £4.5M into £280M over 4 years & with no dilutions. Then walked away with £60M in his pocket. And some very happy ii's.

AM is now re-engaging in acquisitions, which had previously seen negotiations for c. £1B worth of loans. It does look like the banks/ii's are beginning to sit up and take notice again but the current black cloud of easy capital via shareholders will still have a few hedging. Hopefully all is explained soon & that there is then a decent premium also applied.

AM could be the next AA.. just saying.
