With a top-heavy retail holder then this is an ‘emotional’ stock so the charts will come in handy when there is sufficient data. 12,000+ Pi’s as seen in 88, then generally tend to follow the herd/grapths.
Zac would not be a catalyst but an instrument for AM to work on his word reliability, ie the briefs would have to match the reports, purely to obtain credibility. A longer term fix but will be needed as we go deeper.

A good idea which addresses the immediate problem of shorts, but could perhaps be enhanced further, to assist in the longer problem, of AM’s spoken word.
AM does have a reliability problem with his words (Copl survival necessitated quite a few misdemeanours) which he has to work on, he needs to get the ii’s & Pi’s on onboard trusting those words.
He will know exactly what was produced on each day,
So giving out regular briefs via 3rd party communications (eg.Zac) could then be backed up by the accountants official version at say, the MDA report (the regular timing of which works to the advantage of any cabal) and primarily to start bringing some credibility to his words. Currently these are few & far between and when they do arrive its then almost 50/50 with that forked tongue. He needs to start working on gaining the ii’s confidence and that’s thru regular but accurate briefs followed by matching official reports.

Suspect also the ii’s keeping just below the tr1 notification thresholds,
with oil being out of favour, or at least until it effects the forecourts availability,
So we should be getting more favourable press.
Might be worth AM also promoting gas and any expected gas flows or any deep drills…

Suspect that there’s been quite a lot of dirty play going on shaa. Traders other those peeps that are on here but who are focused on AM’s misdemeanours inclusive of lack of progress reports. The small sell-off sizes now seen being split into even smaller packages is indeed a good sign.

With respect to latest ‘news release’ then seeing a bit of frustration in response in that communication re Zac, which when tied in with consolidation [it can then be read on here that there is a majority of peeps who believe AM does not look after shareholders interest, hence consolidation likely has a functional reason behind its execution] and that not seeing the hoped for mc then leaves AM’s plans for Cuda via placing as being jeopardised. Then leaves obtaining via liens & the Eighth District Court.

As posted earlier, perhaps best left for a few months, or maybe just another 3 weeks till the next MDA on Sedar.

Worth noting that the royalties ‘tax’ is made against the current price of oil and not against the hedged price; Cuda then offset with a double whammy as (1) their hedged at $42 but are then paying royalties ‘tax’ against current $78.
It puts us looking at next year’s hedged 1050bopd against the expected production levels (x3) against increasing POO, so then looking at a possible change in lender (better hedge).

From Cuda’s Aug 30 MDA :

From COPL’s Aug 30 MDA :
Operating costs 6 months till June 30 $11.70 / bbl
Operating costs 3 months till June 30 $9.97 / bbl.

So a surcharge on the NOP’s using SWP facilities, c.$12…ish.

I believe the opex costs of the infrastructure were covered in the $12-$14 per bbl charge that SWP incurred on the NOP’s.
Half way thru a 24hr shift (UK air cover) but will then catch up on serious reading over the next week.

Certainly agree with AM’s complaint of the ‘childish behaviour’ from Pi’s, lol but we are all guilty of that.

Would be though quite detrimental to go for radio silence.
I believe that AM did listen to the concerns of Pi’s when doing the consolidation & hopefully will still be able to answer any further concerns.

At an mc of £50M from c.2000bopd and the confetti having been consolidated, we have now turned the corner and should progress well, with any good news updates being efficiently passed on.

It will be argued though that Hadron selling tons of confetti on the opening bell was the catalyst for the sp drop. It was highlighted that Hadron had recently held with ARB for over 2 years therefore blowing the concept of only being a ‘wonga lender’ apart. Something else spooked the ii’s so a policy of radio silence only appears to backup their concerns.

Consolidation might prove to be a catalyst for realising some of the fundamental value..
most peeps would agree that normally a consolidation sees a drop in so, but this is usually associated with all the shorts having to sell.
At the current sp & no one would be daft enough to put a decent short on. Hence we could be pleasantly surprised in addition to then getting more ‘manageable’ shares in issue, likwise give the market some confidence…imo.
