Whatever day it turns out to be, I expect the Activ-2 update to be post 1pm UK time.

Some reassuring posts and of course I hope you’re all right for all our sakes.

Roll on Activ-2 news… that could/should quite literally land any day now.

While it’s obviously nice right now having a big buyer to support the share price and also give us some peace of mind that we are not mad investing our own hard earned money into SNG, I’m not convinced it’s ultimately great news II’s having too many shares (power and control) in a company.

As mentioned below, for starters they could end up with a big pharma giving them a back hander to support a low ball offer for the company. I suppose it depends on what kind of company Polygon are. If they are a stand up outfit, they’ll want to maximise theirs and fellow shareholders returns by driving a hard bargain. But I’ve heard some not so good things about Polygon.

This stock is a day traders dream right now.

If only I had to ability to do it! Unfortunately, I’m not brave enough… with my luck, I’d try to sell out and buy back in lower, but a positive Activ-2 announcement would be made!

A quick comment on those who are saying SNG has missed the boat because of all these other supposed wonder drugs coming to market, I just don’t buy this.

Are you telling me that if SNG is successful, shows massive efficacy and knocks the trials out of the park, that there won’t be demand for it, or at the least that the company won’t be worth more than 130p per share?!

I really don’t see that much has changed here, other than the 3 month delay to sprinter.

If Activ-2 fails, I see the share price taking a real beating. But if it’s successful and sprinter is also good, then Boris will be singing from the rooftops about how “the UK” has developed an amazing drug that will help the whole world get back to some kind of normality.

The questions you need to ask yourself are:
- do you believe that SNG works and will pass it’s trials?
- if so, work out what you can reasonably afford to invest without it ruining your life if something does go wrong… risk/reward.

I don’t see the share price falling to 80p because Activ-2 decision is imminent and so should provide some downside protection. If Activ-2 results are poor, then I do see 80p happening. We will know in the next fortnight so it’s nervy times.

Come on guys, the 170p is a nonsense. Probably something to do with the end of day uncrossing trade.

Fall to 131p here looks like an overreaction now. Nothing has changed except for a 3 month delay to phase 3 trial.

Re all the comments about the big pharmas taking market share for Covid, we must remember this stock isn’t just about Covid. COPD play a potentially massive opportunity.

If you believe in SNG and the science behind them, then ultimately nothing has changed…you’ve just got to wait a bit longer and buy the dip.

My gut feeling is that we’ll get positive news for Activ-2, and in the next couple of weeks. I do have some concerns over the global phase 3 trial, not because I don’t believe in SNG, but because politics and governments will start coming into it.

Could be an interesting few days with regards to the share price. We saw just back in April how hard the price can fall on anything the market sees as remotely negative (the negative this time being the timeline extended by 3 months). It went from 150ish all the way down to 97p in the space of a few weeks.

I don’t see that happening again, as the Activ-2 news is surely too close to be selling out at this stage. But you never know… I’ll be getting itchy trigger finger to buy more if they do.

I’m super bullish on SNG but if we are being brutally honest, there weren’t really any updates other than phase 3 sprinter trial has been pushed back 3 months. The market was bound to not like this, hence the fall.

I suppose there might be an opportunity for some of the braver day trades to make some money on this over the coming weeks. I’m just going to sit tight and wait for Activ-2 news.

I really hope I’m wrong but I have to say I’m in the camp that reckons we’ll not glean much from tomorrow. As others have said, anything information that is even slightly likely to materially move the share price should be disclosed via an RNS. SNG play it by the book so I think this is just a general update and opportunity to get some more interest from investors.

I really don’t think there will be much said Thursday that is going to materially shift the SP upwards. Of course, I hope I’m wrong!

We are all aware you are a troll but it’s still difficult to not reply. As said many times to you before, SNG isn’t just a Covid play. COPD opportunity could be massive.

My own price target is anywhere between £5-10. I am hopeful but nervous about the trials. It’s easy to get all hyped up with some of the posts on boards like this but things like this are never straightforward.

We really are feeding on tiny bread crumbs of info here!

Let’s hope the update next week brings us something worth getting excited about.
