WelshFalcon, the general news and articles on Activ-2 and protocols have genuinely been fascinating to read. But I am talking about news on SNG’s progression, or not, on Activ-2.

Another week passes by and no news on Activ-2 progression. We may yet get news this afternoon from across the pond, but I must say I did expect something by now and it being mid October.

LTH and no complaints as such, but I do wonder why the delays. For some of the more astute member of this board, what are your best educated guesses as to when we might hear news?

In the meantime, I’ll have to try stop myself topping up even more!

Have to agree. I’m obviously biased but thought RM was outstanding today and really outshone most of the other speakers I listened to. He does seem a genuinely nice guy, but importantly also knowledgeable, hard working and gets his points across very well.

The Oxford Biomedica CEO seemed very sure of himself and like the cat that got the cream. Which I suppose they have.

Separately, I thought George Freeman MP was distinctly average.

I always have to have a little smile when members quote how many shares of a stock they own!

Joking aside, only you can answer that Andybe4. Only you know what your total net worth amounts to and if you have the risk appetite to go in for more shares.

I’ve pushed the boat out a little more than I usually do for one stock, but I’ve never done so much research on a stock and if the worst was to happen, it wouldn’t ruin my life. However, if £50 comes in then I’ll be retiring 30 years sooner than I expected!!

How quickly before did SNG tweet to say the good doctor was incorrect? I can’t recall exactly, but it was fairly quick, right

I so hope you’re right @Andybe4 but moving forward could also mean they have a crazy 178 stage internal process and it’s moved forward to stage 122. I’m being slightly daft, of course. I suppose I’m just trying to protect myself against any disappointment!

FWIW, I topped up today at 145p towards the end of the day, an additional 20%. I should have done so at 130p, as I have been of the view that the market massively overreacted to the 3 month delay on sprinter and that nothing had fundamentally changed. I didn’t have too long to digest the Castro comments as had been travelling on the motorway but fingers crossed we get positive confirmed news soon.

Blimey, it’s all happening today. Been in the motorway for most of afternoon and delighted to see this potentially good news.

However, clip 2 is Dr Castro saying he still doesn’t know if SNG and the other drug have progressed on Activ-2 yet…. Is that right? If so, are we getting a bit over excited or have I missed something? I hope it’s the latter!

Kiwi, you are an unfortunate forced seller, not a nervous seller who sold out because of a 3 month delay.

If it gives you any comfort, I was a forced seller of TXP last year at 20p. They quickly rose to 180p after I’d sold! I had a decent chunk of change in them, too.
