Upupandawaybby, I’d rather didn’t go back up to 210p and instead have Tremendously Terrific Tuesday and an RNS with blockbuster P3 results!

I agree Kevin. I’m sure they’ll announce P3 without these positions filled. Just wondering if it was a small chance… lining everything up, including filling job positions first.

Anyway, what a superb end to the day!

Obviously I’m more confident than ever. But I do now wonder if they’ll want these positions filled before announcing anything? Surely not, it could take months to fill them.

I promised myself I wouldn’t top up anymore until P3 results.

I failed.

Either SNG are extremely confident or they are taking us all for a big ride.

Are they all new jobs? If so, the kitchen sink might be going in now?

Fruits, I can’t talk for anyone else but if it’s not January then in my opinion the company won’t have failed. But I will be a bit disappointed. I think they’ll have had enough time by then.

You cut off the words “I think” when quoting me. We’re all guessing here about what early 2022 actually means. Plenty of reputable posters on here have suggested January should be possible but clearly SNG have used “early” to give themselves some wiggle room. P2 could be used as a guide but this is a bigger trial. But then we have more resource this time and it’s rather more important… this trial will allow us to go and sell our product.

Again I’m guessing, but I reckon they have the data (or enough of it to determine if it’s a goer or not) and are busy lining everything up. Skippy will disagree ;)

This is all just friendly debating and guessing to help pass the time. Well, it is for me!

Skippy, I don’t think SNG will be looking to necessarily stage manage the release. But if the data is as good as we hope it is then the whole world will be watching. There will be lots of naysayers and doubters, and so SNG will want to be stood on a 100ft of concrete, able to answer any questions that will undoubtedly come their way.

With regards to “early 2022”, I think it’s SNG’s intention to get this out for January and previous trials back this up. But it could well drift into February. As impatient as I am, I think I’d rather they get everything lined up before the big release so we can have that MOARNS! Positive P3, orders, JV, Omicron IV, you name it!

I can understand JCIT’s point a bit. Ultimately, the SP will find its true level. But in the short term, if it’s real doom and gloom with Covid, then share prices can, and invariably do, overshoot massively. I don’t doubt that unless we are taken over, the SP will settle down some way below its highs.

All I know is that if we get positive p3, orders, EUA etc and the price cripples up for £2.36, the kitchen sink will be going in.

Skippy, you could be right, we’ll never know. Although it looks like it won’t be today.

They could easily delay the RNS by a day. They could say they were completing some final checks on the data or whatever. I just see it being better if the US is open on the day we announce. They will likely be our biggest market, have financially supported us and I think US investors piling in could create some serious momentum.

Either way, we are one day closer!

Matml74, did you read that tweet on long Covid and how they were suggesting IFNb was perhaps not good long term? I read it but I’ll admit a lot of it went straight over my head.

I originally had the 17th Jan as my best guess. But I hadn’t realised it was an American bank holiday tomorrow. I think they’ll wait till after that. I really hope it’s this week. I’m down to the bone on my fingers.

Clinigen takeover won’t matter a jot to SNG. Presumably it’s a good deal for Clinigen and so why would the new owner want to scrap it?

Would be interested to hear what some of the more knowledgeable members on here think of that tweet and study of IFNb with long Covid (LC) sufferers.

They are saying IFNb is good short term but causes problems long term and contributes to LC, with LC sufferers showing elevated levels of IFNb. But perhaps LC sufferers are showing elevated levels because the body is still trying to fight off covid?

Yes, after extremely strong volumes so far this year, it has dropped off a cliff yesterday and today. Who knows, maybe they got close to 18% so the small volume might not be indicative of anything. I’ll be honest, I thought Polygon were done buying with readout now any day. So I was a little surprised to see them still going.
