Positive P3 RNS could mean anywhere between £3 and £30. It really depends what comes with it. If we’ve scraped a result, maybe £3-5. But if they also announce orders from the US then it could go anywhere!

No RNS on Monday will mean £1.90-2.10.

RNS Monday and I’ll go for a £6.20 closing price.

You usually get an equivalent value of the new shares. Similar to what happened with Silence Therapeutics recently.

But yes, you can have most US stocks inside your ISA.

You’d be able to sell and realise the gain inside the ISA. Presumably by the time any change of listing happened the big gains would already have been realised.

But I don’t think they’d give up their London listing.

Separately, I was trying to have a better read of the new website and also the job postings. Encouraging that the US Market Access Lead role says “prepare/lead initial US government procurement” but more interesting that it also says for “initiation in hospital AND home settings”.

Always easy to read too much into these things but I wonder if SNG have been given a bit of a steer on the ACTIV trial? I would imagine the wording of the job roles would have been thoroughly thought through.

We have talked about how the SNG SP might perform if it passes or fails P3 but I was trying to think if there are any other scenarios that could play out?

For example, Ndn71 has talked about the trial size of 600 or so not being enough and we could have to expand the trial. Personally, I don’t see that as a concern. But are there any other scenarios where we could see SNG and its SP have to wait that bit longer to realise its full potential?

I ask this because life is rarely straightforward, and with my luck I sometimes struggle to believe I’ll wake up to see SNG up 100%+!

I know Ndn71 hates the guess the date and price game. Not sure why… something about giving investors false hope? Anyway, it’s just a bit of fun and clearly we don’t know anything.

But for me, the chances of *that* RNS landing next week has to now be better than 50%. All IMO of course.

I’m sure they are already booked in for end of March or early April to present the 90 day readout. So surely we have top line in the next couple of weeks.

I’m confident they know the results. Or at the very least, have by now seen enough of the data to know if it’s a goer or not. It very much looks like they are getting all their ducks lined up first and so I’m very much hoping the RNS will be more than just “we passed P3”.

Who am I kidding…? I just want to see a positive P3 RNS of any sort! :D

I can’t see the big RNS happening tomorrow morning. I reckon they’ll leave it for a Monday.

I could well be wrong, though. I’ve had a good look through the bigger RNS history and they tend to announce on all days, maybe with a slight bias to Monday. Obviously Manic Monday, inclusion on Activ-2 trial, first patient dosed on Activ-2 etc.

I think I’d prefer a Monday… could build some good momentum throughout the week. But at the same time I think I’d just be happy to see a positive RNS on any day right now!

Mumbo, what I would say is that IF Synairgen can pull of great P3 results, then it has to be worth more than £2 per share. For the patent alone on inhaled IFNb.

I can honestly say that if this was just a pure Covid play, I would not be invested here.
