Does anyone know how soon trades have to be reported for US OTC stocks? It’s been a while since I read the transaction reporting requirements, but don’t orders here over a certain size have extra time to report the trade?
No idea if something similar for US OTC trades. Could a ginormous order have been placed… probably not. But you never know.

I get FOMO. So I don’t think I could sell them all. I’d probably sell half at 30p!

Got to hold my hands up and admit this JPM conference is a bigger deal than I’d first thought. If Synairgen hadn’t advertised about if other companies wanting to meet up, I’d have been a bit more excited that we might have something up our sleeves. But I’m probably still of the opinion we’re there to make up the numbers.

Ishaaq - I had to look up Serica Energy. Wow. So at its peak in August 2022 it was valued at around £1.5bn. That’s some rise. And the equivalent of MATD going to £1.87 if it were to do similar.

Lottery wins really, and of course rarely come off. I wonder just how many shareholders actually hold to the end, though. I mean, if MATD hit 30-50p, I’m sure most of us would bail out.

The point I’m making is that I think Hamm is going a bit OTT by saying the LP is signed, sealed and delivered with a kiss, when it clearly isn’t. Just yet, at least.

Patshare - c.10% down from the high so PME triggered perhaps. Nothing to see here as far as I’m concerned. Just AIM volatility.

As it stands, there is no LP. And I don’t care what various Mongolian reps have been quoted saying… I’ll only believe it when I see it.
