Agree with that. There's a few big sale orders to clear, no doubt from those stagging their new placing shares. But I expect it to move up in the coming days.

I did my sums last night and as said, this should be nearer 3p. However, you will undoubtedly have some who took part in the raise last night stagging their shares, so they’ll need to clear first. Not one for predictions but I’m still expecting this to close above 2.3p before pushing upwards in the coming weeks. However, with all these extra shares in circulation, it won’t be 7p+ like after the last raise, IMO.

Openheimer clearly trolling. Company was valued at £42.5m yesterday. It now has £7m more cash in the bank. More shares in issued but this should be closer to 3p if you do the math. And that’s not taking into consideration what is ultimately good news as far as the operations of the company goes.

I’m still annoyed, because this was clearly leaked again when the SP chunked down quickly from 4.5p to 3.5p the other day. But it shouldn’t go below 2p.

Jungmana is also correct, if you can get in on the retail offer, do, 100%. But I suspect you’ll be massively scaled back. FYI - the placing last night was scaled back to 75% if requested allocations.

Stas, it didn’t last time (2.5p raise). IIRC it stayed comfortably above, settling at 2.95p. Retail investors got 70% ish of their allocation.

They’ll be c.30% more shares in issue post raise. That’s quite a chunk. When people talk of 38p years ago or 7p last year, it’s irrelevant as there are so many more shares now.

Really disappointing news but I hope some on here reflect and maybe aren’t so aggressive to those who aren’t all “this’ll be 10-15p on LP”.

It will be interesting to see if Premier Miton/Gervais Williams take part in the raise. They did last time, selling half their shares at 6-7p.

Master, it’s for the new Gobi drill and renewables. We know MB likes to get the drill bit spinning and I’m sure they would have committed to spending money on the renewables venture.

The positive, if there is one with more dilution or cost to PI’s, is that at least they do want to speed along Heron.

I’ll be going in for the raise, as I did before. But I’m not too pleased, albeit I’m not surprised about this. You do have to ask why do it now… why not get Heron 1 going and maybe see the SP appreciate so the raise isn’t at 2p. There’s c1.1bn shares in issue, with another 350-400m being issued? Cybertrash - Better get those 10-15p predictions adjusted.

Humble pie to be eaten from many of the abusive members on here. I think Professional is owed a giant-sized apology. A raise was always coming IMO... MB when asked directly in the AGM didn't deny it. At least it's for worthwhile reasons, to get Heron 2 also up and running. But ouch.

1. I don't consider Consilium to be Synairgen... it's a copy and paste job designed to deflect shareholders and isn't sincere in the slightest.

2. We're nearly another 6 months on from there. But most importantly...

3. We've missed the AGM deadline with no explanation.
