They won't be hacked off. They can't possibly be. Generally speaking and with the odd exception, Synairgen must have the most patient investors. After the P3 fail, another set of investors/company might have ousted the BOD then. But they asked for time and patience and nearly 2.5 years on it's time to show some material progress (Tommy will argue there has been).

I feel I've been very patient and understanding and always wait until the AGM to ask my questions. Hence the reason for my recent unease and upset, because the AGM at the very least is going to be late, if it happens at all. And there has been no explanation from the company for it, so I'd argue I'm now well within my rights to air my grievances and ask questions.

Genuine question - how many times have you called and left messages, and over what period? And have they ever called you back?

It's a huge amount of money for a company of POW's size, all getting thrown into exploration and hopefully a nice discovery.

Manx, 40p with 8 wells and assuming China/MG pay market rate! And there's nothing in there for any other costs/salaries.

I could see a reasonable rerate from here but there remains so many risks and unknowns. We need an answer on DQE this week.

p/e of 6-8x gives market cap of $66.75-89m, or £52.3-69.8m

BUT, China and MG are never going to pay market rate when Russia is supplying them with oil at what must surely be a deeply discounted rate. Maybe as much as half price?

Fruits, if a deal has been done it would need to be RNS’d immediately. If they are in talks, that does not mean they can shirk their regulatory responsibilities.

The most plausible positive reason I can think of is that they want to bring their financial year end in line with a partner. I had a quick look at some of those we are currently dealing with, and they seemed to also be 31st December. But there could be someone I guess.

Why am I focussing on the more negative possibilities? Well after all these years of supporting the company, I’ve decided to short the ar5e off them and try to use all my influence to crash the SP… 🤨

If so, COPL was just a punt. I only bought it in October as a bet it might be OK. Looks like there has been massive fraud and illegal activities, and solicitors have been employed by shareholders to fight it. I’ve never seen anything like it and wouldn’t be surprised to see a win. I’m certainly more confident with EEE.
