It really is quite incredible the lack of interest/volume in such a story. 15 relatively small trades all day, despite an RNS!

WOS - genuine question (as we're getting on relatively well ;) ) but what is going to be the catalyst for the SP to really "BOOM"? I asked Hamm earlier but he ignored me. Is it DQE getting on site, PC negotiations finalising, Mongolian refinery being built so we can easily pump via a pipeline etc??? Because I think it's fair to say that with all the positive news we've had, it's a touch disappointing to be c.3.5p?!

Pmjh - I'm in another stock that has a share in another business (FCM). They were late with their accounts, not their fault and for legitimate reasons. They've recently come out of suspension. Here's to hoping Fruits is right and there's some blockbuster deal that, for whatever reason, means the AGM couldn't be held by 30th June!

If they are so sure, then it must be ready and signed off by the auditors. So why no AGM notification?

pmjh - genuine questions or are you just being obtuse? I've held Synairgen shares for longer than I care to remember and will be here until the end, good or bad, never mind the fact at 5p I might as well. Also, while I believe the shares will be suspended (perhaps temporarily) if they don't report by next Friday, it is not necessarily terminal for the company.

I have often called out the likes of MrCosts because the company asked for time after failing its P3 (which can happen with trials), and I don't think he was appreciative of that. They've now had the time, which I was happy with. But deadlines are now being missed *and* without explanation, and that's a different matter.

Incidentally, I also emailed the company once it was clear there would be no AGM when expected and I've received no reply. They know my name and I was very courteous. I've had zero response. Tommy, would you mind pasting word for word what Simon Holden emailed you?

Pmjh, that’s a crazy statement to make. Please explain how TFG can run for the hills?! How could they possibly unload 60m shares into the market? No, they are here till the end, good or bad. It is possible they are involved somehow with the delays in reporting/AGM, because they will certainly be on the ball with such things.

Tommy - I’d guess many are LTHs where there is no point selling. And we’ve waited this long, for 5p/share, might as well wait for the endgame. While I’m definitely now leaning towards a more negative outcome, I acknowledge there is still a chance there could be something positive.

The delay with the accounts can’t be because they are still working on strategy. That’s no good reason to delay something so important.

There’s some rather smug attitudes being shown. There’s going to be a giant told you so and humble pie in a matter of days now. Obviously, I hope I’m the one eating a giant slice of humble pie.

Yes and no. We can technically produce oil now, well, once DQE get going. But the oil needs to go somewhere and we still haven’t agreed terms with PC. Nearly there, as ever. But not quite and we’ll continue to be held back until there’s cash coming in, IMO. And let’s hope to hell all you guys are right that we don’t get diluted in the meantime.

BP - I think MB thought this would be seen as very positive. I've said for a long time, the SP will only rerate once it sees MB with a big grin stood next to a barrel of Heron crude. And even then I think it will be limited. Too much time has passed by... just imagine if all these RNS's of us now being able to produce had been delivered back when the SP was 7p... we really might have seen 10-15p. Now, I don't think we'll get anywhere near that and that's evidenced a bit by today's nil response.

Thornogson, fair points. But why then are negotiations still ongoing? It’s been a long, long time and surely can’t be that difficult to agree terms.

Hamm/Cyberplonk - just so we’re absolutely clear, what news specifically are we now waiting for that will rerate the SP to 10p+? Is it DQE on site, PC terms agreed, first oil, what?

Hamm - are you deliberately trying to MISLEAD people? You’ve been told we get 55% of whatever we sell a barrel for, not 100% as per your calculations.

Kevin - selling oil like a printing machine? We are still in negotiations with PC which I would have like to have seen completed. Otherwise where is the oil going until the new refinery is ready. I’d also like MB to confirm how much will the MG give us for our oil, given that appears to have already been agreed!

Good news - DQE appear to be playing ball and July if it indeed it is July is better than I expected. And there’s no other nasty curveballs it seems.

Bad news - so we ripped through nearly $4m of cash in the last 6 months to December 31st, leaving $4.5m? So logically you’d think cash has to be running perilously low since it’s been another 6 months since these numbers. I know no one likes the word raise, but you’d have to think it’s a very real possibility if MB sees the SP rerate and he can do it with minimal dilution. Because it is still going to be a little while yet before we’re pumping oil in significant quantities and generating revenue. Also, why are PC negotiations still ongoing??? It’s been a long time and should surely have been sorted by now.

I have no idea what the SP will do. Possibly not a lot.
