thanks for that information tom i think it was wrong for this poster to post wrong information to my knowledge also there has been no broker downgrade i know there has been a recent broker downgrade on centrica by hsbc that made me want to invest in itv instead of cna i see an upside to 160 165 but very little if any beyond that of course this is just my opinion my plan would be to sell at 160 but in the past i have sold out too early on investments missing out on greater profits of course things could go the other way and instead of 160 i could be looking at 135 to 140 you just never know with shares i remember buying these at about 218 for the special dividend last year thank god i did not hold on to them so i have gotten these shares 74 pence cheaper minus the dividend of about 18 pence

back to 144 again what is the broker downgrade that has been mentioned

hi tom i have been doing a lot of buying and selling recently i was invested in taylor wimpey i bought at 1.95 they went down to 182 as you know i sold at 186 afte rthe dividend at a loss now they are about 191 i made the wrong decision so i decided to invest in itv i was going to buy them on ex dividend day at 150p glad i did not bought today at 144pence saved myself 1p i think i will keep hold of these shares till they reach about 160p as buying and selling is to stressful and there are a lot of dealing costs i cannot see it going much above that i was also considering cna but then hsbc downgraded them to sell 120p

hello tom ithink i may have missed the boat on taylor wimpey so i have made a big investment here i have traded itv before twice once i made a very big loss the other a very small profit but i think at 1.44 there is plenty of upside

yes i think this is undervalued but with all shares it is a gamble i am looking to buy into taylor wimpey on a drop but they are holding steady

it just cannot get past 140p

what do you mean by candle as i think at this price it has to be a bargain

just when i say we need a recent positive broker forecast hsbc downgrade centrica sell 120pence can it get any worse

this share was over 2 pounds this time last year so down over 60pence that is 5 years dividend payment

i find it surprising that there are no recent broker forecasts on this share the last one by credit suisse was on march 23 i am thinking if there is a more recent positive broker report could lift the share price i have just bought in at 138 looking to exit 145 if i am lucky enough that it it will get there

if you buy at the current levels they are a good buy but what about the people who have paid much higher than 150p

i am thinking of buying in here again think it will be about 145 tomorrow but will wait until tomorrow buying now means i pay tax on the dividend

the price now is very good for people getting in now but there will be a lot of people who have bought mid 190s even over 200 like myself i have no spare cash to average down now i would be happy just to get my money back but it is going to be a hard slog the problem with this share lately is you just cannot get 3 good days in a row

this share price has been in a depressed state ever since the results on march 1st unfortunately for me i bought at 196 the day before the results i have a big investment here i would be glad just to get my money back but i cannot see this even getting to 196 let alone 200 or 210 upwards that some people are suggesting niges prediction of 260 sometimes 230 is laughable whatever the share price on may 31 the share drop on june 1 is going to be greater than 10.4 pence so why would people buy for the dividend
