I guess these guys wouldn’t have signed up at all (albeit non binding) if they didn’t think the licenses would be reinstated. They must have received some indications. That’s my take anyway.

I see this having a bit of a run up to results next Wednesday 17th.

Historically low SP hard to see it going lower. The hint of better things and this will soon move.

The two 20k trades just printed look like sells but they are both buys by me.

Happy to be buying at a valuation of £4.7m which is substantially less than cash in bank!

Two things….

First it’s obvious that a small number of traders are milking this up and down. Thus without some really positive news the shares are going nowhere short term just stuck in a trading range

Second …the meeting last week was net negative BECAUSE AN and his sidekick did a great job in reminding us that this is all very long term indeed - at least from a typical AIM Investor perspective. Whereas the previous week the company had succeeded in persuading some that there was more shorter term success to be had.

Bottom line : once again Angle management (though admirably honest about it) have shot themselves in the foot. Again!

How many times will they do it! They need to give the shorter term investors hope and encouragement!

Talk of the NHS is pretty irrelevant here. AN has conceded it’s a very tough nut to break ie.no progress and though there is some contact there is no reason to believe there will be any short term developments there.

I sold out completely within 15/20 mins of the meeting starting on Friday morning. I could see where this was going short term. Got prices between 26 and 26.5

It was so clear that AN and his trusty sidekick was scoring another own goal.

I will no doubt get back in again at some point but it is pointless holding and then seeing your gains wiped out (I had bought @ 16)

There were just too many red flags for me short term and this is very long term.

Ok what do we all think? Been virtually no comment on the meeting or the presentation?
The SP has done nothing, mostly sells.

To be honest the two stand outs to me were the enormously long timeline for products (up to 20 years) and that break even has now been pushed out from 2025 to 2026. That means at least two more years (if not more) of funding gaps to be filled.

Why is it that Andrew Newland just does not inspire confidence? Again he laughed at an important shareholder question? Clueless.

I think this is potentially a great recovery play at these levels. £6.5m MC and SP at historic low.

Sales to price ratio at just 1.2 currently. Company is well managed. Costs have been trimmed. Sooner or later demand will return and when it does this will not stay at £6.5m mc.

Buy low sell high

Currently less than a £5 million market cap. My take is that the sum value of this business has to be more than £5m which is a pittance.

So for me this is a buy at this level. They are funded into next year. Indeed the company is valued at less than its cash in bank!

Some real volume today and sustained buying. SP has spent a lot of time in the 40’s in the past. No reason it shouldn’t return there quite quickly now with seller(s) gone and a switch to more bullish sentiment

It does look very much as if our seller(s) have finished and left the building.

Nice intraday reversal. Sentiment does appear to be turning. My purchases @ circa 16p looking good

I can’t be alone in saying I am really surprised we haven’t had any QVH news yet, at the very least? Surely they must know by now. Would be utterly gobsmacked if they didn’t get it.
Isn’t the contract start date around 15th April? That said I guess it’d just be a case of BAU.

Iain Ross added a further 100k shares this morning. He clearly sees value and foresees better outcomes.

Looking at the financial position the current MC IS £5.25 million.

I estimate the current cash position is circa £7.5 million.

This is based on the following calculations :

Cash @ 30.9.22 was £10.5 million
Prev 6 month period loss £3.2m
Estimated current 6 month loss circa £3m (should be a little less given cost savings)
£10.5m less £3m = £7.5m

Therefore this is currently discounted under cash by some £2m +
All current assets in for free

On that basis, at this price, this has go to be worth a punt given cash runway now extends into next year.

Bentham this is a fairly common view on here and I get it. However if you read the January business update the cash runway (due to various factors) now extends well into H2 2024 so I think your view that they will seek to raise almost a year before they have too is overly cautious and very unlikely. They will wait until such time as the SP recovers and I know at the moment all looks very gloomy but…. At some point some good news flow is going to switch sentiment here and, before you know it, when the SP has quickly gone to 50, 60p or more here this board will be flooded with posters saying I wish I’d bought @#20p.
