Emerald - this is what I have been saying for some time. However, there is another view that says that a potential acquirer would want to see clear evidence of commercial traction prior to putting in a bid. Is this what is holding back any sign of a takeover?

This is the most immediate tender which I expect an announcement on the winning bidder quite possibly next week. Reason for this is the tender closed almost two weeks ago on the 6th February. The contract actually commences on the 15th March - just over three weeks time. So both parties will need to time to prepare.

Tom said in the recent impressive presentation that they expected good news soon on contracts. Could this be the first one? We know that they will have put in a bid for this tender. The description sounds tailor made for Bleepa and Carelocker.

Quite frankly this contract would be transformational for a company the size of Feedback as it encompasses a host of NHS Trusts right across the SW of England and total contract value £8m over an eight year period.

It would send a big signal to other Trusts and Regions that Bleepa has arrived and must be taken seriously.

All of my fingers and toes crossed!

Given Toms recent comments I'm sure Feedback will be bidding for this one too. No deadline specified but there is a "supplier day" on 14th March.

I see very little further downside from here. All the worst is baked into the price - for the present.

Imo the SP is now going through a lengthy consolidation at this level with many stale bills ejecting . Once this process is complete we will be left with new stickier holders with far lower averages happy to hold. And from there I see this slowly beginning to rise again in anticipation of better news dropping later in the year.

That’s how I see it anyway.

Calculus - absolutely right…. Also worth pointing out they have a lot of cash sitting on the BS. £9m. More than enough to meet their short and medium term scaling up and strategic targets.

So in reality although the MC is a tiny £23m the true value of the enterprise (EV) is even tinier at just £14m! And with a number of contracts in the short term which are potentially winnable valued at between £0.4m and £1m that £14m value is going to be dwarfed even after the recent rise in SP.

And there we are again…. Another worked buy order filled during the day (the succession of small sell trades at above bid) and printed after hours.

The last few days have seen a pattern of (buy) order filling. Noted by the rising bid despite an apparent stream of sell trades. This morning yesterday’s large buy order was finally printed.

It’s professionals accumulating without affecting the price.

Massive Ray my focus is on POLY. Don’t make any money rummaging in green bin trash :D

The bid has been rising gradually all morning which must mean large background buying.

Selling almost 10p above the quoted bid.

On the war what we need is a peacemaker which both sides trust. Neither side will want to lose face and both will need to claim ‘victory’. And when I talk about both sides I don’t mean Ukraine I mean the USA and Russia. Sadly Biden is a total senile buffoon and I suspect Putin would run rings around him
