Earl - people here, myself included, have been here a long time we have a much greater understanding of the company and the background situation than you do. I had never seen you here before today. So you are wasting your time. There is nothing - nothing - in that article for FDBK. Feedbacks DHR product is CareLocker. The NHS has shown virtually ZERO interest in CareLocker even though it has been available for a considerable time. There have been no pilots. No testing. No nothing. Furthermore I seem to recall a while back Tom actually stating that FDBK were focusing on Bleepa NOT CareLocker in the NHS as there was clearly no interest.

I can tell you who will be doing this work - Palantir - in combination with other organisations such as Accenture. These are very large organisations Earl capable of managing such a huge project. It’s currently being held up by legal action but the yanks will get their way.

And for the record there is absolutely ZERO chance of FDBK getting any DHR contract. That, if and when it happens, is earmarked for another much larger company.

Be very careful here as Tom will start to have an eye on getting another cash call away in the next few months. They’ve already eaten through £6/7million of the last £10m cash call which, remember, was going to be transformational for the company.

Two/three years later the SP is at an all time low.

It doesn’t help ITM unless they use their electrolysers. However they are not competition. It is a green hydrogen producing plant. They don’t make the elecrolysers. It illustrates that green hydrogen production is coming on a mass scale.

Ian - simple, nothing. Nothing is going on with this company. If you exclude the discounted QVH contract which was obvious they were eventually going to get even if they got their pants pulled down - which they did. They haven’t won a new NHS contract for two, three years? Tumbleweed from India. After the great hope Rohit came in almost a year ago how many sales has he closed? How many contracts? Zero. The TB partnership (which is going to cost FDBK money rather than make money)

I have to admit I was duped here. Luckily for me i managed to get out overall with a vsmall profit. Largely because I bought very low.

I could not buy this stock again though. Zero trust or faith in the vastly overpaid underworked management

Cureboy- totally agree. The big takeaway for me from the presentation was the 25 x increase in sales pipeline. That’s insane. It means that there are going to be more orders, more capacity reservations and more contracts. Ok not everyone will go to contract but that pipeline increase is a very bullish indicator which unsurprisingly the market has completely ignored.

So just sit tight and wait.

Cureboy- I think I read somewhere that the 500MW deal alone is worth £250m. Anyone care to correct me or confirm?

By the way I was very impressed by this mornings presentation and will be adding more shares.

I am going to keep on banging on about it but when you think of the value of the IP here to a number of industries that use their coatings the valuation of £4.5m is beyond laughable.

Factor in that they are already pretty much EBITDA neutral.

And there’s no doubt this will be bought out because it’s not going to go bust and there are too many big customers that have a vested interest.

But despite all that bullishness the market sells….

Such an appalling market.

Some must be starting to think about the cash burn and dwindling bank balance.

Certainly a placing by the end of the year.

The absolute silence on any news from India is especially concerning as this was definitely being hyped up by Tom and Co. When those contracts start rolling in…..

I wonder what this Anish guy does all day?! A FULL TIME CFO for a company doing next to no business. A joke or Disgraceful - or both. Either way a waste of shareholders funds.

Absolutely absurd drops in the SP given tiny number of trades and volume. No doubt due to illiquidity.

Nonetheless this HAS real value way beyond sub £5m MC.

Bipolar - no this contract value has not been realised yet financially! So it certainly will not be in the results Thursday!

My estimate of the contract value is approximately £50m.

Which, to put it in context, is three times the year just ended total revenue.

They must be desperate for cash now. £250k on the book last November….

Sea angler I agree. Good to get a range of views and bilbos are welcome. As you said he’s been around a long time. You tend to get a bit cynical!

I believe this has bottomed out now. We’re been bumping along around the 50p mark give or take the odd rally and dip since last November. So a bull could argue a long period of consolidation. The 15th will be important, not for the results but Dennis’s outlook thoughts.

I’m expecting a positive statement.

I don’t care what anyone says this company has real value. They have a unique product. A USP. A good moat for that product.

SP drift does not mean progress is not being made.

If all else fails this will surely be taken out.

MC of £5m is ludicrous for the IP.

If you take a fairly cursory look at both the one and two year charts it’s clear this has bottomed out at around about the 50p level. Price well supported by the high level of cash in the valuation it would take only very bad news to take this significantly lower. So nothing really left to go for surely from a shorting perspective given that further orders are now likely on top of those already secured. The current valuation has very little hope baked in!
