Sheffield is a SMALL player Who is gambling on making this work. It is entirely logical that their share price is falling because they will need to raise a very substantial amount of cash to provide capital for this project because they do not have the cash.. the market knows this.

Nice chunky delayed buy from Friday. Someone is accumulating here. My bet is it’s Graham Cooley adding to his stake.

Moneymetal - I disagree. Their main audience market at present will be retail and HNW investors. They have been active on the IR front. RV has recently been in London doing just that! That is not the issue imo it’s simply the market is not yet sufficently convinced and the whole resource sector is unloved still with one or two exceptions.

We have to be patient and wait for more evidence of a truly commercial asset.

I will happily use this time to continue to add. See it as an opportunity.

I completely get all the points made and jolly and coffee are right in many ways. Difficult to argue.

I have reduced in the past few weeks but still hold some.

There will be a labour government in less than 2 months. I think this will be positive for Bleepa but just my opinion. Tom and his sidekick Anish have way overpromised and totally under delivered. Cardinal sin. I don’t think they will fundraise until they have some positive news to back it up with. There are institutions invested here and they won’t be happy with a very low placing. With over £4 million cash still that very comfortably gives them another 6-9 months minimum.

And, with a contrary view, if you think contracts will land this now looks cheap. But only IF they do in the next 3-6 months.

The reason it’s not rocketing is because there is no Chinese money going in. It’s a relatively small Aussie producer that has taken a punt. They haven’t got that kind of money!

For me, the elephant in the room is after all that time and all that DD the Chinese chose not to invest. Why? Something didn’t add up for them. They’re smart cookies the Chinese. I wonder if their estimation of the capital costs and/or the payback were different to CMET’s?

It’s a blow to the credibility of the project that LB chose not to invest. But - even if they had - the dilution to CMET would’ve been massive. So it’s been a lose lose situation.

Very low valuation @ just £5m which is 1 x sales! And close to profitability.

Great news on both fronts. Trading has recovered completely and growing. Also now run rate cash positive by year end.

New CEO Matt Hamblin was what I was both hoping for and expecting. He took his previous company Keronite to profitable growth and it was taken over by Curtiss-Wright a largeAmerican company operating in similar sectors as Hardide. I expect Hardide to be taken over in due course following profitability.

All in all very pleased by this morning’s announcements.

Yes and as gold price rises that asset grows in value and becomes more sellable. Could probably cover off expenses for a few years instead of more dilution.

I see this as a high potential multi bagger in coming months

Yes coffee Tom is def not a salesman. Too soft. A pushover. You can see that by the lack of material contracts. The product has not needed to be trialled for over TWO years to prove its worth. Given a lot to the NHS and got sweet FA back. I would say just walk away and focus elsewhere it’s not like they’re losing much financially!

Agreed PR. Both Tom and Anish massively raised expectations. Promise Jam tomorrow too many times and people will cease to believe you.

So I was correct on the stakebuilding by Graham Cooley. An excellent pointer to this companies prospects. He will have done his DD.

I see this doubling minimum next six months. And it shouldn’t be forgotten they are looking for a new CEO. If Matt Hamblin is given it that means the strategy is clearly to be taken over by a large coatings company or similar which will be at at a very considerable premium to the current derisory valuation. Ridiculous valuation despite stale bulls moans and groans. People who bought in a lot higher will want some of their money back.
