Oh Moorhouse are no two bit operator. Very professional website too. Moorhouse clearly already have NHS customers themselves. FDBK (Tom) have always said they have partner(s) lined up ready to go when the opportunity arises. Well clearly the opportunity is now in plain sight. There’s no doubt FDBK have got the evidence proving the benefits of their technology now they have a great partner.

Would not be surprised to see this over £1 by tomorrow.

Jimmy - No competitors. Bleepa is the only accredited clinical imaging device in UK. They have a clear competitive advantage and already have contracts for Bleepa in a small number of NHS trusts.

India is a good point Mikey. Up to now - zilch - but the NHS as a significant customer is a great endorsement and one that will not go unnoticed.

One thing is for sure. Once you land a contract with the NHS provided you deliver they become very sticky customers. So ARR+ years for sure. Otherwise they lose benefits.

EV still at just £4m @ 53p. EV (Enterprise Value) is my preferred method for valuing a company.

It’s MC less cash (or plus debt). FDBK has no debt and approx £3m cash

Potential up to 42 ICB’s in England alone = £84m revenue. OK I accept we won’t get that but it gives an idea of the potential.

Current annual 24/25 funding for the ERF is £3.2bn so quite substantial monies involved..

So the potential is obvious.

I checked out Moorhouse Consulting. They look highly credible and industry savvy. The fact FDBK have taken the step of executing an actual partnership indicates that there is something to go for.

Looks interesting. What do we think? Is this likely to lead to the commercial breakthrough that we have been looking for? Tom is typically bullish but it does look promising.

I picked up some shares around the 35/36 level on a speculation. Will wait and see…..

What the hell!? By any measure these are dreadful results. Plus the SP has run up more than FIFTY percent in the past year!

Not to mention that they have gone from a net cash position of 232,000,000 to a net debt position of 10 1/2 million!

As I said yesterday, speculation, punting etc….. A few characters popped up on the BB last weekend heavily pumping this. A few got spiked yesterday.

Back to the placing price and in the absence of any news - which I do not expect anything of any significance - this will continue to drift. Poulden has no plan other than keeping the lights on. That’s what the placing was about recently.
