I read the relevant paragraphs and tbh I could not work out what the hell it meant. It certainly seemed to say that ERF funding would continue. But on exactly what basis and what conditions attached and how much I haven’t got a clue.

I have No doubt whatsoever Oakley will attempt to titillate investors tomorrow with nods, winks, cheeky little twinkles in his eye, suggestions of ‘potential’ and ‘discussions’ with ‘numerous’ ICB’s etc etc etc. But it, as usual, will all mean absolutely nothing until, or if they ever do, start landing tangible contracts. No more ‘pilots’. Contracts. Real money.

ITM does not need much larger contracts now to increase the SP (although of course they would be welcomed and would have that effect).

What It needs is more Neptune orders as they will produce nearer term revenue and thus increase shorter term revenue guidance and bring us closer to break even.

Sentiment would help greatly too.

Troublesome - yes well if this government can actually focus their minds on the REAL priorities facing us rather than Starmers globalist Ukraine obsession. It is a very unwelcome distraction.

Now clearly valued UNDER Cash. Whatever negative arguments and price targets you talk about that is clearly absurd given cash in bank, financial discipline displayed, contract order backlog, as well as near term prospects for further orders.

Absolutely crazy and the latest meltdown, Germany lol. There will be NO fundamental change of policy direction and the reason I say that is simple. NO party has a clear mandate for change!

Another coalition will be required and concensus, compromise WILL be needed.

Germany is a special case where energy is concerned. They can tweak things a bit but essentially they HAVE to continue on a renewable course to gain energy security and independence.

Ceres operating and business model is very different to ITM. And they are targeting completely different markets. I can understand why a few have wet their beds but this has no bearing on ITM’s prospects as we can see from recent contract orders.

Tennents - absolutely all holders, traders and those sitting on the sidelines will be watching closely at any reduction in their position. It’s very open knowledge now and people understand the implications. I know I will be all over it like flies on a pile of s*it once I see it happening.

The Green energy transition is not going to go into reverse! Even in Germany where I foresee a possible change of government the move toward green hydrogen is irreversible.

IKFA absolutely correct and, in addition, all eyes are now on these shorts - more so than ever before). So, once they start reducing, and they are going to have to because it’s simply ain’t gonna get better than this price - a penny or two here or there. This is at ROCK BOTTOM make no mistake. Valued at barely more than cash the current valuation is a complete absurdity - losses or no losses. ITM have become extremely financially disciplined under DS. They keep up rating their cash in bank estimates due to tighter control of costs.

As I have said on here repeatedly a profit is NOT a profit until it’s in your pocket. Something that Helikon would do well to focus on. They need real selling volume to buy into and it simply isn’t there. Low volume, such as has been stated, is no good to them. No matter what the derampers say it’s a problem for Helikon. Paper profits mean very little until realised.

Weren’t they the commercial pioneers for hybrid electric/petrol with the Prius? Could they take the hydrogen FC to the commercial diesel transport market? If so a total game changer.

After yesterday’s further Neptune contract announcement the contract order backlog is in excess of £150 million. This years revenue guidance is between £18-20 million. Let’s assume the current order backlog is fulfilled within two years (reasonable) then this is signalling major revenue growth in the next 2-3 years.

You need revenue growth to ultimately produce profit and you need profit to produce cash flow.

On the 16th October 2024 this is what Oakley said:

- Step change in commercial prospects

· Potential for funding within unlimited number of patients or pathways

· Existing relationships with ICBs and interest already expressed

· Focus with implementation partner on converting near-term customer contracts

Just re-read the above. Four months ago and absolutely NOTHING has happened. Nada. Zilch. Oh apart from the fundraise of course to keep Tom and Anish (the CFO who must sit around most days doing nothing because nothing is happening) in clover.

Really there should be some recourse for shareholders for being so continually misled with misleading guidance.

For the next manifestation of RS/ST. ST tried to be more subtle by throwing in a few weak unconvincing positive comments but the negative diatribe inevitably began to emerge and today he just couldn’t help himself.

Let’s face it if this WAS a genuine ‘pro ITM’ poster it would not have have had such a flounce in the face of one or two challenges from other posters. A very immature response.

On the subject of todays trading I suspect there was a plan to really attack the SP today and they were caught on the hop by todays announcement. There has been attempt after attempt to push the SP down. It should be seen as an excellent buying opportunity we are being gifted here. But with a minimum six to 12 month view there will be a v good return from this current bargain basement price.

Contract order backlog now nigh on £155m. This is sign posting substantial revenue growth in the next 2 years.

Oh yes spicy has been outed. Was another slightly smarter reincarnation of RS. “I’m pro ITM” kiss my ass you are! You spent all morning essentially pouring buckets of cold water over today’s excellent news. And constantly repeating yourself emphasising the negatives 500MW, losses blah blah. We know all this already we don’t need people like you to remind us. That said DS specifically said that a bias toward Neptune sales would reduce the 400MW break even in the shorter term because of better margins. And had you ‘spicy’ had any balance in your view you would’ve also noted the increasing frequency of contract announcements (particularly on Neptune) in the past few months and that if this trend continues ( and there’s no reason to believe it won’t) we will be pushing ever closer to that break even figure by 2026.

This contract is worth roughly this financial years forecast revenue ON ITS OWN.

As I have often said market sentiment can be key. Look what it did to the SP a few years back which flew in the face of the fundamentals.

In terms of current SP movements we are stuck in a seemingly ever more narrow trading range. MM’s will always move the price to a point where they believe it will illicit the most trading activity be that up or down. This is where they make their money, on the spread and the degree of trading in the stock.

We are waiting for a catalyst to break us out of this current trading range. A few more Neptune orders should do it along with positive HAR1 and HAR2 news.

Trading update 1st week June. But I very much doubt we’ll have to wait until June until we hear more financially related news.

In terms of a sale price the industry standard would be to place a dollars in ozs price of the value of the gold in the ground. Perhaps also taking into account location, availability of infrastructure etc. obviously the gold price isn’t going to do us any harm either.

I do agree about this stock being completely under the radar. It is very strange given imho it’s one of the very best gold explorers on the market according to location, assets and prospects. Perhaps they need a more regular newsflow I don’t know?

Witwatersrand is a very substantial asset - multi multi millions ozs. A large operator like Harmony is not going to go into development/production with a tiny explorer like Lexington so in relation to the existing JV it makes sense Harmony would just make Lexington an offer and gobble it up. It is certainly a large enough project for Harmony to want it with excellent grades.
