At some point this will get a rerating as the market wakes up to the obvious undervaluation here. Currently £6 MC. Should be at least double that number.

My 6 month SP target is minimum 15p.

Still haven’t posted any reduction in their short position? Even with the price having more than doubled from its lows.

Uktrader6 - you can never be sure but I don’t think so. It’s just traders hopping in and out. More likely that this will go up before any potential raise but remember they raised 700,000 in March.

Presumably by just sitting on my IDS shares and waiting, they will now be compulsorily purchased and I will receive the proceeds in due course - with no dealing fees?

I just noticed in my PF I have some distributed shares here from the RTO of Conduity Capital if I recall correctly? Three years ago?

I see the shares in tandem with many on AIM have sunk from around 30p at issue to now just 8p.

Looking at the fundamentals growth looks decent. Revenues up and ARR. Is the issue with margins? That they are tight because EBITDA is rather modest, or have I read this wrong?

I think on balance I will hold here because could be good for recovery now.

Threeputt - two of the three buyers are non exec and therefore do not receive salaries. Probably fixed fees.

Fact is it’s positive no matter how you construe it in the context of majority of AIM directors do not put their hands in their pockets.

This is cheap. I can see it returning to double figures soon.

And I distinctly remember we were told a few years ago this year was going to be the year they break even. Revenues would be way up in the tens of millions.

Nostradamus Newland told us so.

CEO and Chairman buy a total of £12.5k worth of stock. OK it’s not mammoth but it’s still a vote of confidence in companies prospects. Should also be viewed in the context of many AIM companies where directors never dip their hands in their pockets.

It does seem pretty odd that if a company issues shares at a discount price the SP,will,always gravitate to that price.

But here where shares are issued at a big premium to the SP ohhhh no the price barely budges and stuck at half the issue price!

Well they had a recent placing @ 3.4p (NO discount) so they’re ok for cash. Maybe there’s an overhang there but you’re getting in below what the placees paid.

I think there’s serious money to be made here just patience required.

£5.3m MC this could easily double and still not look expensive. Ridiculous valuation.

It looks like MM’s dropped the price this morning perhaps to get volume demand. But price has gone straight back up again.

In fact looks like an intraday reversal which would be bullish.

I’ve just taken some more @3.17. Looks a very decent price to me with gold @ nearly $3,400

This has so far seen zero reaction to the gold bull market but sooner or later ‘a rising tide lifts all boats’.

And with the impressive portfolio of assets here £12m MC is peanuts.
