The director participation will be clarified after the financial results are released. But it is £300k.

One poster criticised the amount they raised but it is perfectly obvious, and the company actually stated, that they will continue drilling if the initial deeper drilling outcome warrants it.

This is what persuaded me to dip my toes in here. Three directors including Poulden buying £300k worth of shares (£100k each)

Poulden already has 14% shareholding so fair skin in the game. Def NOT a fan but then I didn’t much like Heddle @ GGP but that didn’t prevent them from making a mega discovery.

I think, with record gold prices this is def worth a punt. As Casper rightly says it would absolutely explode on a discovery. How much? All bets are off but many many bags….

Steve196 - you can’t make that claim (that it will never do a ‘GGP’) any more than Casper can suggest it will. I well remember going to a GGP presentation when the price was 0.36p and the previous guy was in charge. It was in precisely the same position as WSBN is now. And nobody, like NOBODY could’ve imagined that it would become a multi billion pound company.

And yes I once held GGP. Sold them and missed out on all the meteoric rise.

Gazelleman the spread at the time strongly suggests a buy. Looks like it had to have been a filled order. Often prices rise after a sell order is filled and drop after a buy order is filled.

In a raging gold price bull market this IS going to get noticed.

As the saying goes “A rising tide lifts all boats”

Could get a drilling update any day now.

Things will get lively here with soaring gold price and the possibility of a Telfer like discovery.

Helikon have upwards of 27.5 million shares to buy back. Regardless of whether they hold any kind of long position the fact remains that they are losing money as the price rises so they cannot afford to continue to hold their substantial 3.2% short position. Helikon have no disclosed long position above 3% so they are losing money as the- simple as.

They’ve now got all the money they need to drill. Not just that but it was no mean feat to get £1.75m funding with such a tiny MC.
