I repeat Spicy Tuna is a total LIAR and does not hold a single share here. The things he is posting,attacks on holders, total negativity, any positive comments rebuffed and turned on their head.

He is enjoying this and actually really getting off on it. It’s very sad. An average of 5 posts a day on a stock he does not own.

The biggest irony which he is blind to is him saying if people had listened to him weeks ago they could’ve saved money. Well, if he really was a holder he could’ve saved himself money!

Indeed I challenged him to ‘sell’ at the time and he waffled out a load of distractive garbage.

SO If he really was a ‘holder’ he is perversely glorying in his own losses. How weird is that?

So we are now around £30m LESS than the anticipated level of cash in bank April £195m.

Spicy Tuna, as I said a few days ago, has now completely outed themselves and revealed their inner Rick. Whether they are Rick or not is immaterial. They have the same objective.

Personally I would therefore recommend the green bin as they have made the same point time and time again. It’s getting beyond boring. If we just all green bin it we cut off the oxygen supply of attention which it requires to sustain it here. This happened to Rick. These characters generally have a shelf life which is determined By the number of reactions they get.

Let us suppose that the CFO did earn £300k (which is questionable anyway) after tax, NI and other deductions it would be something like £200k.

£30k is 15% of £200k. That is a reasonably significant portion of someone’s annual take home pay.

And I have never heard of any ‘mandatory’ requirement to buy a slug of shares with your salary in anyone’s contract having worked in HR roles in the past. So I think you’re making that up to try and back up your monotonously daily negative case.

Spicy Tuna - explain where you get 20p from? That would equate to £125m MC which would be £70 (SEVENTY) million less than the current cash they have in bank.

So negative valuation by £70m on cash alone with ZERO for other assets, inventory, IP, Contract orders, etc.

Explain the logic? And no, nothing about sentiment or drip drip retail selling - the LOGIC.

Now valued something like £17m UNDER the current cash in bank. A substantial NEGATIVE market valuation. Beyond a joke and, as Spicy does point out, there HAS to be something pretty bad underlying this or it is the giveaway of the century! The company has £150m+ contract order backlog so it’s not like the market doesn’t have some kind of revenue visibility!

We’ve all seen some very low and cautious valuations before but this one surely takes the biscuit! There is no way I am selling a single share at this level. I don’t know if it’s going to drop further but if it does so be it I have a longer term horizon here.

Hi PR, ah yes ok what you say makes sense. I did pick up that Moorhouse would take a portion for implementation and change management costs. So between 3 and 4 million revenue is break even.

Since it’s now just a case of confirmation (or otherwise)of funding availablity, any ICB contracts that are going to be signed they are going to happen in the next 2/3 months.

Yes I was shocked by this statement by Anish that they need 4 x £2m contracts just to break even. Really? £8m to just break even? And there is no way that cash will last 20 months if that’s true, even given the stated cash burn. This year is absolutely the final chance saloon or the next fundraiser will be dilution oblivion.

I think we can understand you’re really getting off on the SP drop Spicy. Your excitement is palpable. But you must understand it’s not based on real selling. Less than one quarter of one percent of the shares in issue were traded today. In other words very low volume. In comparison the SP fell 3.61%. This is because it’s easy to manipulate the SP in such circumstances. It’s obvious that investors are sitting on the sidelines just now. But don’t kid yourself there is some mass exodus. There isn’t.

Aha Non Constructivenews - Wrong! Wrong. Because the 500MW contract is NOT for a single electrolyser. It is for a number of projects totalling 500MW. So nice try but obviously hadn’t done your research on the contract.

In any case, even if it was a single electrolyser don’t you think they would’ve done this in their due diligence?

A more useful idea might be to create an “internal affairs department” to check on what Anish and the other ‘managers’ actually do all day? Like a feedback version of DOGE. Maybe Elon can send Tom an email asking him to tell him five things he did today?
