I assume this is because of some holders bailing out before the offer closes and trading finishes next month. But I would have thought this will, at some point, elevate to the takeover offer for the shares equivalent 14.9p Not looking at this point like there'll be a counter offer but still time I suppose.

Volume stays elevated. Buyers still wanting to buy in good quantity @ 2.30p I would suggest all of this is a strong indicator that something very positive is on the way soon, perhaps imminent. BGML? Jonnagiri? Both??

Yes there has tended to be rises later morning/lunchtime but I wouldn't bank on it. I've also seen rises the first two hours of trading. Don't try and time it, if you want to buy maybe try on a dip/profit taking.

If this drops to 5p or below on the ask I'm adding.

That comes on the market here being snapped up. The SP always tells a story.

Hi there.. Lets hope that the start of Spring in the 'K' will see a thaw here and things start to warm up somewhat.

People here getting way too much attention than is good for them…. Sudden rise in SP on tiny volumes. Then an attempt at a treeshake - lower the bid - keep Ask @ 2.10. Looks like a FAIL. Buyers still having to pay full Ask. Beyond all the fundamentals/risks etc etc in any stock - THE SP ALWAYS TELLS YOU A STORY. Remember that.

A small flurry of buying enough to propel us above 2p again. ;) Significant, IMO, there has been little if any pullback here.

You have form. I've noted how you are following certain posters in other boards and making yourself a nuisance. The thing is people on here are adults and they have to make very grown up choices and decisions. If they choose to believe what anyone - and I mean anyone - says they go have to take responsibility for their own actions. It's not for people like you to think you are 'protecting' other investors because how do they know what YOUR agenda is. They don't know you any more than they know me. We are all here (I assume) to make money and if we wish to promote a stock it's not an issue for me because I always make my OWN decisions regardless what others say or do. If others don't that I'm afraid is their problem.

Daisan - and I understand the issues completely. I read the RNS. It is in the public domain if anyone wishes to look. The amusing thing here is you think you are telling people something they don't already know. You're not. I am well aware and have stated a number of times on this board that Kolar will have to raise funds in due course to progress their potential projects. The issue is more that, as Timeless has pointed out, you're one of those people who likes to sit on the sidelines and poke and carp. While the rest of us make money.

I have to say when you first turned up here I appreciated your views as you came across as balanced and reasonable enough. But your recent posts are making me re-evaluate that view. Stop acting like a tart and give the board your negative views and be done with it. I can see you are looking across a range of resource/mineral/mining stocks which is in my view a good idea at this stage of the cycle. But please don't kid yourself you can talk this down anymore than I can talk it up.

Oh Adastra you are funny. Understandably in very bullish mood this morning. It IS good news, of course. But it's also relatively small beer revenue wise. But I would tend to agree with Falling in as much as this 'could' be the classic lead up to the placing and I continue to stand by my view that there's going to be a placing. Let me ask you this, if the contract is so 'significant' why has the market barely reacted? I have another important point to make which you may have overlooked - I have a long memory for JB's pronouncements. He said, some while ago, that it was the companies policy NOT to issue RNS's for contracts < £1m. I will leave you with that thought and this is why I don't trust him anymore.

Forget any hyperbole and look at the Share price. It always tells you a story.

I can't buy anything this morning for less than 2.08p. Which begs the question why do Singers continue to mislead the market by quoting Ask of 2p when you can't buy 50 quids worth for 2p! They haven't got the stock to meet demand but continually misrepresenting the true buy and sell prices.
