Bapuk - it’s a perfectly reasonable question and I don’t see it as deramping in any way whatsoever. And thank you for your politeness. The company have made it clear that should they need it they would access the government assistance available at this time (Business interruption loan, grants etc) They have very supportive bankers and Scottish Enterprise are right behind them too. None of those things necessarily precludes a fundraising at some point but if it did happen as you say it would certainly be accretive to the companies future growth. A much higher share price means much less dilution and the ability to raise any sums required. FWIW the feedback I’m getting is no placing required based on the information I’ve provided above.

I’m very comfortable with the situation.

I have a couple of points to make regarding a vaccine. The UK government, very early on in this crisis created the narrative that we are at ‘war’ with an invisible enemy. What strategy do Governments employ when they are at war? Simple, Propaganda. And what propaganda is the UK Government currently peddling? Simple, a rapid cure via a vaccine. Matt Han**** trumpeting the start of human trials tomorrow for one particular vaccine project. Most of us who have invested in bio stocks know all too well how long clinical trials can take and the chances of success are far from certain. But why is Han**** focusing on vaccines? Simple, the propaganda of hope, optimism. We have been promised that this war would end in victory and victory would be achieved only through a vaccine. A ‘wartime’ government must keep the people’s morale up. We will win, a vaccine is coming they say. Which brings me onto the next point.

Will they succeed in developing a successful vaccine? Scientific history does not bear this out. One thing I think is certain. If we do get a vaccine it will certainly not be in September this year. Perhaps September 2021.... perhaps not. Maybe not at all....

Which brings me to ODX. We are likely to see a fairly long period of antibody testing, certainly for many months, maybe years. Up to this point there is still a lot of market scepticism that this is truly transformative for ODX’s revenues. But watch what happens as the market begins to see the penny drop. When it realises that antibody testing is real, and coming on a mass scale in the absence of a vaccine cure. This could go on for years. Just listen to what Chris Wittey said today at the Downing Street conference. He seriously quashed expectations that we will get a vaccine soon. In his words we will have to ‘cope’ with this disease for the foreseeable future.

All This means that this stock, despite the frustration of a couple of days of profit taking and perhaps the continued offloading by an II, is going one way and one way only. UP.

The only question is how MUCH it will go up.

No mention at all of the board taking a pay cut despite imposing one on their non-furloughed employees. We won’t hold our breath. Hard to get a pigs nose out of a trough.

Sure they’ll be back soon enough with a cashcall to try and keep this circus performing a little longer. But I suspect this is the beginning of the end.

To surginator and alwayswinning - Mologic intention is to sell Test at cost but ONLY to “low income settings”.

The commercial agreement between ODX and Mologic is pending but there is no question ODX will receive a decent margin on their manufacturing role.

And then they boast that they had a little trade at these levels and made a few quid. And I am, for the most part sitting here quietly reading all the bull**** but also quietly satisfied with my INVESTMENT here not a trade.

Bought in here in tranches over a period long before most here appeared and have an average of 11.15p

Haven't sold a single share. Some would say you should top slice but why would you do that if there is clearly more to be gained here? The biggest winners in this situation will be the sticky holders not the nervous traders ducking in and out.

I agree Siliv, I take what MF say with a very large pinch of salt. I've done MY research here. I am pretty sure I know more about Omega Diagnostics than the hack at MF. I bet he/she hasn't even spoken to the company.

Who's recently arrived to the party. Getting edgy over every comment or view point. If you've bought in the thirties like such people clearly have, RELAX. Nothing has changed. There are excellent prospects here. So the SP has gone down a bit today. Big deal. Did you know that many stocks spend more time going DOWN than UP. Even the successful ones. What makes the difference is the rises, when they occur happen more rapidly.

Of course there is risk.. There is risk in any stock. Even the biggest. We are in a good place here. if you want to carp and pick holes go ahead but I am very confident we are going to do well here. Just be patient. Thats all you need, patience now.

We are in the steely grip of the MM's trading range roughly between 31 and 35. A succession of chunky delayed trades going through which don't look like PI's to me! So orders being filled. However, that all said, it looks like we are consolidating at this level which is a good thing.

Let’s suppose they achieve £30m pa (equivalent) from the Lab based test alone - not inc.Rapid POC Test.

Sector average historically for Price to Sales ratio is x 3 or 4

A valuation of 3 x earnings gives us a market cap of £90m
A valuation of 4 x earnings gives us a market cap of £120m

Current MC £49.5m

Also worth noting the sectors historical sales multiple has been quite low due to fairly low growth. That may change as the sector gets a rerating. So, JFF if we gave it a Sales multiple more like a general index average of say 7. That would give us a valuation of 7 x £30m = £210m MC

And bear in mind this calculation is based on just The Mologic deal alone.

In discussions on 'another matter'. I wonder if that other matter is a further partnership whereby ODX would make Mologics POC Rapid Test? By all accounts Mologic 'may' be a little ahead of the UK RTC with regard to the 'at home' kit. It would seem logical to extend the partnership and ODX have taken a platform agnostic approach to the the whole matter.

This attention craving moron has garnered way too much attention and I promise you he will continue to do it if you let him. Don’t be taken in by the I’m sorry, apologies etc he’ll be back winding you all up in no time. Come across his scummy sort before. I'm not sure I agree about the II selling anymore. Yes, up until this morning definitely. But the price action has changed now. I've been watching the bid closely and this is now very well bid. Lots of small sells going through but the price and bid generally holding today. And not the daily price chart. After the initial spike and volatility the price has slowly crept back up today. Whilst before when we had our seller the pattern was lots of buy trades going through but the price didn't budge. All symptomatic of a background seller with orders being filled, mainly appearing as delayed block trades.

No, I don't think we have a seller anymore. I think we have a background buyer. But the MM's as usual are playing a blinder and filling their orders and keeping a stable orderly market in the shares.

I think you’re the one with the ‘issues’ not ODX. They’re doing very nicely.

Interesting thought unv - Colin King has done an interview with the NYTimes so maybe just maybe we will start to attract a bit of international attention.
