The first approval is so crucial, looking like it will come from the French. I am confident other European countries will soon follow, especially once they see the positive outcomes from France and with them all being in the EMA. And we have no shortage of cases there.

I’m speculating that are we seeing an increased number of investors and interest on the continent following the French developments? Specifically French and German investors. And that fresh sentiment is what has transformed the SP today. Sentiment from UK investors had hit rock bottom yesterday.

It will be embarrassing for this government if the French approve it first, even if through an ATU rather than full market authorisation. It’s a British company ffs.

Great post Matml74 - totally fits in with my own thoughts on today’s trading. Assuming most of the 5/10k trades are indeed an II then we have both a buyer and a seller (as I’ve suspected). We may also have an II who is both buying AND tactically selling through a smart broker to keep the price suppressed. Evidence of this is particularly obvious at the start of trading each day. A few very early 5/10k’s go through and you get a quick SP drop. On low volume days that’s normally enough to set the trend for the day within the first 30 mins. Easy isn’t it, if you have the means. NOTHING surprises me in this market.

A late and savage attack just going on trying to drive the SP down. I remember something very similar to this happened with NCYT a few months ago against a back drop of seemingly good and positive developments. The price was driven down from around 500 to just over 200. It was odd and no one could really understand it. Look at NCYT now! Just hold on tight.

I'm sorry but the notion that Trump is going to announce some tie up with a small British company for an unapproved drug at his first Presidential debate. Seriously? I mean not even he is that stupid. Remember its all about MAG again.

Don't get me wrong I love the unbridled enthusiasm but lets keep it real. I think what we can hope for Stateside is a US Extended Access Program similar to that announced today in UK/EU.

RM is beginning to push SNG001 as an effective treatment for a whole range of viral infections inc flu so that makes this a potentially massive long term revenue generator for a very large Pharma.

That’s where this is now going. Watch his language evolve to treating ALL viruses not just Covid-19. No way this will be left independent if that is taken onboard. That will be the key to opening the door to a T/O sometime within the next 12 months.

There was a lot for the market to digest this morning. In truth it wasn’t the ‘Big Bang’ announcement many were hoping for. So, with the inherent short termism that exists in the market plenty sold today. And when they saw the SP falling on ‘good news’ even more sold!

It’ll take time to consolidate now I expect but you would think 150 would be the floor here now surely.

I think more news will now follow in the short term.

It’s a great buy at this level for potential investors and a very strong hold for holders.

gkb47 - that’s right, even with a Managed Access Program, or should I say particularly with a MAP regulatory approval must still be given for that specific drug in that specific locality/jurisdiction (as they inevitably differ).

In my research this morning I’ve set out to determine who pays for the drug? So it seems that in many circumstances it is either the patient or the hospital/health system of the country concerned that pays. Different countries have different laws and regulations covering MAPS which can be known by different names in different localities. This means that the drug in question has to be approved via and under those local regulations. This is where Clinigens global expertise comes in. They will be well accustomed, indeed expert, in navigating these regulations and thus allowing SNG001 into new marketplaces.

This development may not be ‘The Big Bang’ many were hoping for but how can it be anything other than positive. It allows SNG to develop a market for their product across multiple jurisdictions prior to regulatory market approval. It also widens our net of patients and will bring more and more physicians onside - as we KNOW it works.

It is an important step in building momentum and I can only see further developments snowballing from here.
