Maybe the UK isn’t a dead duck for SNG001 after all....

I’m puzzled why Synairgen chose to issue this RNS well outside of trading hours. I’m sure it would’ve had a more positive impact if released at 7am or intraday.

That said it IS positive and shows confidence by Polar in SNG prospects over next few months.

fairview - I believe (and hope) your patience will be rewarded. Just too many good prospects here that one of them at least won't come good.

What I find encouraging is that despite the continued institutional selling (Jupiter I guess) all those 25k/50k blocks they are all being soaked up by relentless buying.

At first I thought this was just profit taking today. Now I can see its graduated to MM's pulling a few nervous holders pants down. Silly. I expect a few are still wondering if the JV will happen what with new lockdown etc. Outside workers activities such as exploration work should not be affected.. they simply cannot work from home!

With the proviso that I do not claim to be a technical charting expert but have an interest, Looking at the 1 year chart it looks as if SP is about to do a golden cross (20 DMA moving above 50DMA). And possibly approaching the 200 DMA if rally continues.

This is a potentially bullish signal and I think reverses the downtrend which commenced last June with a death cross.

We'll see.

It’s something that pervades this board. A cliqueiness where you come in and everyone is blathering on about vague obscure stuff that most people couldn’t understand or is if no interest whatsoever. I just wish someone would post something obviously about SGZ!

Small wonder there’s so little interest here! Even taking into account LSE is only a small part of the investing universe.

Some excellent posts and points taken re the investment case - both short and long term.

I still feel though that the major SP catalyst here will be the FDA clearance in October.

You know 9/10 months is a lifetime on the AIM market for many people.

My strategy is to keep my funds ‘live’ as much as possible and not to let the grass grow under my feet so to speak. So, I will be back for sure but just not yet.

If I was the Synairgen board I would be sticking two fingers up to the UK government and going gung ho to get a foothold in the States. I hope and expect the Biden Administration will be more amenable to foreign companies and treatments. I hope very much that the current radio silence is related to events developing on that side of the Atlantic. It is, of course, a tragedy for our country and our people but one day the truth will come out and somebody should be made to be accountable for the catastrophic mistakes that have led to so many lives being lost unnecessarily.

Did well getting in here in single figures but made a mistake in going over 3%. I suspect a bit of vanity got in the way there. I guess he just has to sit tight now and watch this go back down.

He also made a huge miscalculation in forecasting a mega Santa rally on the back of the vaccine news. It never happened.

It’s going to take longer to get life back to relative ‘normality’ than BJ is telling us. All their promises, their predictions have consistently been too optimistic. Apparently we are told 16 million people will be vaccinated in the next six weeks. Oh yeah? Barely a million have been done in the last four weeks! I’m sure (no, I HOPE) there will be a gradual ramp up but it will be months with no physical revenue here. The SP is heading down toward single figures again and that will be the time to start thinking about buying again but it’s dead money imo if you put it in now.

The current market valuation of £316m is equivalent to a pre-placing SP of 216p

That’s the effect of dilution but worth bearing in mind. If we got back to, say, £2.16 that would be a new record high valuation.

A penny or two here or there is irrelevant if my target SP is near the mark.

Buy on weakness.

When able I would just be buying on weakness here. Increasing interest as we move towards FDA decision. I think this will double and possibly exceed £1 beforehand. Days like today are an opportunity.

You’re right fairview I worded it poorly. I meant from the current batch of drilling results (not forgetting that they haven’t been bad thus far!) Particularly so with Clarke which shows promise.
