Trading restarts Wednesday. Be an interesting day. With a high percentage of stock in sticky hands I think there’ll be liquidity issues here. Remains to be seen if that favours holders yet but I’m reasonably optimistic. Doc Holliday appears to be bullish.

The fundamentals of the project do appear to be sound and promising. Considerable exploration upside + decent news flow (if company are to be believed)

Interesting isn’t it? Just over 100k traded this morning, literally all sells but not a significant pull back in price. I think there’s a major lack of liquidity here. MM’s just don’t have the stock to meet the coming demand.

Wouldn’t be surprised if this turns around today.

It’s impossible to talk about the huge potential here without sounding like Mr Rampy Rampy. But if you look at the stated independent resource target of 8-8.8 m ozs this is on top of the already established 500k ozs JORC resource and crucially it is only down to 300m! There is no reason to believe the gold stops at 300m and furthermore the geology on this Gold belt is similar to the huge Fosterville deposit in Australia. At Fosterville the gold grades grew the deeper they drilled and it grew from an open pit operation to a world class goldmine.

bitcoinbuyer - interesting you should make the comparison between CM and Gervais Heddle. And you’re not the first to mention it, certainly in terms of GH perhaps coming to Cobra (which IMO will never happen whilst CM is there. This town is too big for the two of us etc)

No the reason it’s interesting is because their backgrounds are completely different. Gervais Heddle has a purely financial background. He was a bean counter, then banker and fund manager. Some Experience of the mining industry yes but not technical.

Craig Moulton on the other hand trained and qualified with distinction as a Geologist. Prior to Cobra he’s had an impressive career spanning 25years in various consulting and managing roles in the mining industry.

So I’d say Craig is better qualified to know what he’s talking about with regards to geology than GH. Absolutely no disrespect to GH but he was just in the right place at the right time. The Gold was there whether he was or not. Don’t get me wrong, he’s steered GGP brilliantly through these past few years but I’d sooner have CM for where Cobra are now.

Ah so that explains why the bid raised above 2p in last few mins of trading yesterday.

Someone pumped nearly £30k into this in three trades within a minute yesterday afternoon. Impressive. Anyone here want to own up?

Legacy results out today. More interested in the project and RTO stuff than old financials in this particular case.

SP was roughly 0.75 when shares were suspended which is equivalent to a ‘new’ CML SP of 15p.

So I will be a bit disappointed shall we say if my new shares open at a 20% discount to that before RTO all things considered. Coincidentally my average here is actually 0.6 (or 12p in new money) but i won’t be the only disappointed investor if it opens at 12p.

Any other views?

My average not that great @ 2.45 as I was a later entrant here than the LTH’s.

I think the Barns drill results will be, at worst, ‘solid’ with some respectable lowest grade (but economical) intercepts. At best (let’s be positive) I’m looking for good size intercepts with reasonable grades 2/3gt +

If this happens I can see the SP above 3p again, higher in more positive scenario, 4p

pmjh - I would love to believe this - and you have the evidence for sure which is brilliant. BUT this is unquestionably price sensitive information so why the hell have SNG not RNS'ed to advise the market that they are incorporated into Activ-2 and Operation Warpspeed?!

They’re pulling all the tricks out the book. Note the recent ‘sell’ @ 42p. I dummy sold in quantity straight afterwards and got 43.63. So it was a trade thrown in there to make investors part with their stock in fear the bid is dropping.

They want our shares!

It seems incidental really when we consider the seriousness of the situation but I think SP drop in recent days is Tikvah exiting. We know they’ve reduced. Why would they not now exit? Insufficient retail demand to counter balance the supply coming into the market equals slow orderly drop in SP until such time as they finish, or retail demand matches, or we get a significant announcement.

And those asking why they might exit? Why not. People sell for all kind of reasons and quite often unrelated to the fundamentals of the stock they are invested in.

Jakman59 - safety profile proven and sufficient. That is THE most important thing. ( If it doesn’t improve things at least it doesn’t do any harm)

Efficacy already shown enough promise so why not? It’s probably safer than these bloody vaccines are!

There is definitely something going on. In the 18th December update dosing was expected imminently. I believe another development has since taken place. Personally, I think it maybe related to ILAP. I know many are sceptical of this but it would explain the delay because the scheme did not become operational until 1.1.2021.

Ask yourself this question. If this pathway ultimately gives you a quicker way to market why would they not take it? Scepticism about Boris and Handjob is irrelevant in this specific case.

What I find particularly noteworthy about this Warrant agreement is that upon exercising your 35p warrants you are the issued an equivalent amount of ‘Super’ warrants exerciseable @ 100p. Yes, 100p, that wasn’t an error, between now and Aug 2022. The company is thus displaying great confidence in their prospects over the next 18 months.
