hobsy- the Mologic CE mark means pretty much diddly squat. I’ve seen plenty of announcements on CE Marks awarded before. A CE mark just means a product is safe to use, that’s it. It’s no reflection on its quality or effectiveness. And it doesn’t constitute a single sale.

And I would suggest that good ‘Ol Col - in the absence of any sales whatsoever is trying to keep the pot boiling with announcements that don’t add a bean to the bottom line, sorry mate that’s the truth

So, an RNS to say that people are still ‘discussing’ things actually constitutes meaningful news and the SP goes up over 6% on essentially a ‘nothing’ announcement.

The market can smell it (the JV). We are so close. We just need that announcement and this is off to the races.

It’s not a matter of ‘if’ but ‘when’. And that’s the only question mark, that the market still measures that there is an ‘if’.

The AGM was yesterday so what are you talking about? It was just standard corporate business.

I do agree patience is required but that is the case with most stocks.

The JV is materially worth more to CGNR than it is to AAZ and both parties will benefit.

Caribbean - you are most certainly not a ‘Pratt’ and alwaysone don’t despair let us assume, believe this is a low spot. All today proves is another salutary lesson in investing. A reminder to us there are NO guarantees and that we must consider risk, and how we can afford to put in and how much we can afford to lose. As long as it doesn’t ‘kill you’ financially we learn the lesson and move on.

I’m still holding my full stake here. Like Trek I would’ve taken some off the table this morning but wasn’t willing to take the MM’s price. I thought there’d be a bit of a recovery in the price later. There wasn’t. I think that’s because quite a lot who were positioned here for a trade, and a number were/are a million plus have bailed out all the way down to 1.80. I’m not prepared to do that as there are more results to come and I remain positive about them. This is now down to £5.3m valuation and with an established JORC resource of 211k that is not expensive and with good upside potential still.

So, enjoy Christmas, don’t despair and hopefully Craig will bring us a Happier New Year than his delightful Christmas present he offered us today!

fairview - yes the market is focusing totally on the negative but this is far from a lost cause. Clarke results are encouraging and remember they are OUTSIDE the existing resource/deposit.

IMO This is not at fair value so a buying opportunity.

Agreed - definitely oversold and def a market overreaction. But that’s what can happen. At least we have jettisoned some weak hands and now into stronger hands. The reason I say ‘weak hands’ is because only half the results are in. Some have jumped the gun, understandable I suppose but a lot more to come here and I am being positive. The next set of results will be better!

So I would buying now at this price, not selling on the cheap but each to their own.

MM’s are pulling peoples pants down. No way is this a 25% drop warranted. Wait, price will recover.

Well I’ve done my bit and added another half a million or so on the back of CM’s interview on Clarke. this morning.

We look to be well funded now and the SP has held up well. Hold strong.

And that, I believe, is what CM was hinting at which of course he can't outright say at this point. That it could all be one larger connected deposit.

Caribs - in his interview Craig made a particular point of comparing the Andromeda SP response to the Clarke news to the Cobra SP response on the London market. He was diplomatic but it was very obvious he was unimpressed and thought that the London market had not grasped the significance of the Clarke announcement. He then went on to explain why the intersection was so significant. I can see now why they put out the Clarke announcement and the supposition was that it would boost the SP. Which it failed to but not because the announcement was poor. Just the market hasn’t ‘twigged it’.

So yes, I think Chins point 2 could be near the mark

I don’t think there’s any leak but it’s nice to see someone’s putting some cash in there! Very much looking forward to seeing the drill results. Especially after watching Craig’s interview.

2021 could be a cracker here (Covid permitting).

That’s what I’ve been pondering too. Suspect they may announce that JV will now be completed in the New Year as Covid has caused unavoidable delays in the project start. So, not bad news, just that we have to wait a little longer for the inevitable gold.

When there’s something more positive to ‘bring to the table’ you can be sure I’ll bring it but I don’t agree that a full lockdown is priced in.

It does all sound very good and reassuring but... gone down like the proverbial lead balloon.

That said, not a good time to announce at 2pm on Monday of Christmas week.

My expectation is that once this update is digested, in the next few days/weeks market will respond positively.

alinz- apologies if I made that sound like I achieve that aim every time, every trade. I absolutely don’t! Or indeed if it sounded arrogant. Let’s say it’s an aspiration. We’re all human :) And I’m still learning every day.

But I can say, in all honesty, I’ve nailed it with this stock in terms of buying and selling at the right times. Absolutely. And I’ve been in big here. Not a small number
