Spreads are dependant on the company’s circumstance as to whether it attracts Hedge Funds, Pro traders & liquidity providers etc. These participants narrow the spread. Some AIM stocks are only traded by PI’s.

Is a day trading tool & not necessarily required for long term investing. As most of AMC’s trades are through retail brokers, anything up to 98% are off book & never go anywhere near the order book. This is why your quoted broker prices differ. The trades only have a lse tag because that is the reporting system.

Take a look at the holdings registry. Which accounts do you think are used for market making ? Currently there is no shortage of stock to be sold into any rise, about 25% of the shares in issue & that’s apart from Riverfort. All that is needed, is lots & lots of PI’s to buy the shares in excess of Riverfort’s Monthly issuance.

Hi Maybach, It’s dependant on the value of the bought stock, as to whether it's during the day or in the after market.

The road seems to be a common topic in these videos, maybe it’s an announcement on the funding for that ?

Noloss hi, it appears that you only want to see one sided posts from novices that have no idea how the industry works. There is a lot more to this than just the company fundamentals & the underlying commodity. But I understand that that is the only area that most posters are comfortable with.

If retirees are willing to be invested for well over a decade, in the hope of getting their money back, then surly so can short term investors. Some here take this far too seriously. Far better to sit back & treat this as a lifetime hobby. Maybe post some internet searches to pass the time.

Hi Jeffry, the amount to date is about $1.5m & not far off target, assuming a 12 Month period for total issuance. The current tranche is $4m, next will be $2m followed by $4 for this contract.

Spud, there are limit's to what Pro's can accomplish by averaging down & thus sometimes have to cut losses. Be careful what you wish for.

Hi Spud, the conversion price is calculated at vwap over the preceding 5 days to conversion, less 10%. This period included an sp low of 3.67. So the conversion was around your 0.38 figure & quite possibly less.

Mike, I’ll state it a different way. Pro traders run the order book & thus the sp, apart from when large orders are dealt. If one knows how this is achieved then you can trade along with them. This takes knowledge, experience & keeping up with market changes. You need to know the market set up, types of traders, routing, share pricing, order book entries, passive & aggressive, where & how orders are matched. All aspects of this can not be covered on this bb & I do not point out what is occurring on the stocks that I am trading for obvious reasons.

Noloss, why don't you come clean & state the reason why you post. You don't come across as a PI. What's your interest ?

Hi Steve, my post was a very basic example which can be expanded upon. The main point is that it's possible to make regular money by default, if you know the system. That's how the pro's do it. So you have been lucky but that is no guarantee that that will happen again. Dynamics change & it's not so easy to dump large amounts of stock. 2011 / 12 was the peek for many small caps that were being played by pro traders, from the start of this cycle. As I have stated the new systems are in place. TDT posts his register but does not highlight the hidden danger. We are nearing the end of this economic cycle. This listing has been fairly safe but the sharks are always waiting. Nothing will give me greater pleasure than to see everyone making money here. Lets just hope that everyone is young enough to enjoy the money if it materializes.

Hi & thanks for the post. There has been some major changes since 2011 in the market set up & with automation. You only need to look at the number of quotes on level 2 & the new venues available. Even Market Makers have darkpools. The Lse has a darkpool & a new parallel book for quotes. Exchange member 'activates' that were only available to some are now available to many. Front running, prop desks trading against firms own clients in darkpools, orders routed in 32 milliseconds etc to name some. Leading to some hefty fines & the introduction of mifid 2 this year. PI's will have noticed the broker changes & extra charges for the compliance regulation. This has altered the market set up slightly but the new automated strategy continues. As with many business the emphases has move from long term growth to regular income. PI's complain of prices moving against them & stocks that don’t rise. There are reasons for this. Simply the money is being continually extracted. The only time that I hold stock is at the start of an economic cycle or if a stock is trending for a reason. If I detect a Fund buying via a darkpool etc. All other times it's trading along side the pro’s simply because it’s easier to trade with them & deadly against. I am surprised that someone with your experience is ‘invested’ in an AIM stock requiring continuous funding. I view investing as leaving low hanging fruit on a tree for someone else to take. There are many risks involved which are not discussed on this bb as the posters are unaware.
