Noloss, the vast majority here don't get it, there P'I's so what do you expect. Tha''s why the nominee accounts are full of trapped PI's & the institutions won't touch the stock. PFS said to be June & no signs of institutional buying, says it all. Some here do however see it for what it is.

An excellent improvement, after market sales of 600,000 sold on Monday & 800,000 sold yesterday. If PI's keep buying at this rate, the placing might be able to reach the full 6.5m per Month, but still a long way off yet. Marketing is key.

TDT hi, 'They don't have many shares between them so the influence they can exert when/ if good news arrive will be minimal'. This placing should be in the order of 6.5m per Month. You know the amount that needs to be repaid plus the fees & interest applicable & how much has been issued to date. The more PI's buy the more stock will be issued as you can see today. Crede & Riverfort are not the only large holder working the stock, that is evident from the register & trading activity.

Noloss, I'm sure all the PI's trapped in the nominee accounts want this to succeed, if only to get their money back. It's the six figure salaries & the constant dilution to pay for it that is the issue. Look at a 2 year graph & as I type a quantity of 600,000 shares sold in the after market, says it all.

Hi Mat, �232,576 pa, is still obscene for shareholder non performance over a period of 12 years.

A reduction of Directors salaries to say �30k, to no more than �50k PA would be a good start & an incentive to 'move the project on' assuming that that is the objective. �300k plus is obscene. However I fully understand that unlike 'investor's' the Directors would sooner have one bird in the hand now, rather than two 'possibly' in the bush, many years from now.

What a shame that AMC doesn't have any income, so it can take advantage of this 1% loan. Maybe this is why it's listed on a stock market & funds it''s operating from issuing shares.

The facts here are far from clear or transparent. It is of no surprise that investors want to know if this loan is being serviced with the Monthly payments & what the consequences are if it is not. Only partial payments appear to have been made so far. Lack of clarity does not install confidence.

Ary82 hi, the large sells are placed during the day or tucked into the after market, dependant on the volume of purchases going through. Your not suppose to notice. Most likely by the latter. This will most probable be the norm from now on & should increase in size. The Monthly repayment amount should be in the region of $450k.

Due to the recent improvement in traded volume, ie bought stock. It has enabled another $200k of the loan to be repaid via new shares. Hopefully this increase will continue, to allow grater quantity.

Lucando hi, as you maybe aware due to the low volume of purchases, it has not been possible to issue a full Months loan repayment in shares. All being well the pic up should remedy that. So a definite improvement.

All that is occurring should be of no surprise given the circumstances.

Hi Cossy, that wasn't your regular retail trade. You need to know what you are doing to obtain a price like that at that quantity.

Looks as though this is working. Sales on the 12th, were going through as low as 4.18p. A block sale today for qty 169k, achieved 4.90p. If only the directors could buy every Week.

Fantastic gains with commodity stocks this Week. Even AMC has risen slightly. Everyone's making money, which is what it's all about.

No ones shorting. It's marketing & punters buying. When the average increases Riverfort sell a large block. With a 12 Month loan of approx �3.2m & only $300k paid back to date, expect this activity to increase.

Excellent to see & hope that they were purchased at a discounted 90% of VWAP, like Riverforts placing's, plus the tax advantages of a company share scheme. Bargains galore.
