The current increase in bought stock is most likely due to long termers averaging down & speculators hoping for a trading spike. It will be interesting to see for how long this continues. The bought stock is being matched with sold stock, which is holding the share price at or just below 4p. For the share price to break above this price, purchases must exceed the sold stock. Upon any news, short term traders may try to accomplish this, which may or may not succeed. For the price to remain elevated, sales 'after' must not exceed purchases, otherwise the result is just a trading spike. Purchases must also continue to equal the Monthly issuance. It is most unlikely that the short term traders will decide to become long term holders, however some less knowledgeable, may be trapped in at a higher price. Which I’m sure most here, are familiar with.
