RE: Bottom Indicator ?25 Oct 2018 16:42
Hi Geng, I assume that you are drawing a comparison with the 2015 rise ? At that point in time Crede was completing selling it’s latest allocation of shares, around 30 million. The difference then was that there were no further new shares to be issued for a period of time, also a Pro trader was buying the shares for ‘trading’ the ‘pause’. This sadly is not the current case. Riverfort has not yet completed selling the current tranche. Two more tranche’s have already been authorised by the exchange, for listing. However the placing vehicle is open to question & there is no sign of a Pro buyer, accumulating stock. The sold stock is being transferred to the retail nominee accounts. In short the mechanics are not the same.
