Hi eurofil, it’s simply trading. Since SETS was introduced, it’s very easy to move a low volume stocks, take out stop losses, induce selling & then collect the sold stock at a lower price. Sometimes the media touch on the subject, with statements like technical selling & algo’s, but of cause without the detail. Consider the poor suffering Pro traders who has to move large sums in & out of stocks, at the best prices without being seen.

This project will not fund it’s self. As you will be aware another share issuance request is in the pipeline. If Riverfort is not contracted to conduct the placing into the market, then another firm will be. That is providing that there is enough volume to make the exercise viable. Clearly there has been an issue due to the lack of traded volume. All being well the pfs will assist sales in the short term.

Hi Max, my understanding is that the remainder of this first tranche is about $1.6m, which will ideally be repaid in shares by March. Any balance of monies that is not, will need to be returned. At that point, all being well a new contract will commence to ensure continuity.

The current share price has fallen on extremely low volume & is now moving in a sideways channel at around 23.20p. Does this action & price channel indicate buying or selling ?

Looks like a good sales day with approx 500,000 shares sold at a price of 2.65p. Lets hope sales continue to improve over the coming Weeks & Months.

Spindok, In 2016 yes there was over supply but the drop in the oil price also conveniently coincided with the end of US quantitative easing. The drop in price at that time prevented emerging economies & Europe from entering into recession. If you want to drop a commodity all that is needed are lots of short contracts. The good side of that is that when the trend has ended the only way of closing the contracts is by buying an equal long contract & that process in it’s self starts a rally. Lots going on here, Saudi currently needs $88 oil to balance it’s budget otherwise it’s issuing bonds for the shortfall.

Hi Spindok, the US asked opec to increase output as the Iran sanctions were pending. But the sanctions were not as deep as expected. Saudi produced at full capacity + drew down some of it’s reserves. The higher output + US production + reduction in global demand has cause a supply / demand imbalance. A reduction in supply will work the over capacity out in the coming Months. Oil was the only inflationary element of the market.

In 2016 there was Monthly oil stockpile increases. Tankers being used for storage. Currently there is an inventory increase but nothing like the 2016 stockpiling. Bear in mind that these stocks are actively traded by Hedge Funds with shorting capabilities & low volume assists their activities. It could be viewed that enq has traded in a side channel between 22.75 & 24p since the 20th. A final drop prior to a rise is usual to flush out as many sellers as possible. A long term graph indicates a possible low of around 21.50. The oil price move below $50 / 60 will intensify decision making next Week. Short covering is often the catalyst for trend changes.

Hi Geng, it might be an idea to get a correct understanding of what is going on. This is part of the first tranche of $4m worth. There is approx $1.7m left to be issued of this initial tranche. As someone here has previously stated, not all detailed in the original contract may be implemented, which includes the 9.3p warrants. The price could have been 20p but that no guarantee that they will be exercised. Good to see the issuance, lets hope volume & sales improve.

About $1.8m remains of the first tranche. Another issuance should be due soon. It’s reassuring to see sales improving, all be it at lower price levels.

Hi GB33, this venue is for matching large corporate orders, ie millions of pounds. Unlikely to have anything to do with small AIM stocks, that are only traded by PI’s. A large number of liquidity providers offering price discovery would be a wonderful thing, but there’s simply not the volume to accommodate it, nor is it the business model.

Spud, as long as Riverfort’s sales continue, that shouldn’t be a problem.
