Colbaltblue hi, the lack of Riverfort sales are a concern for all here & hopefully there will soon be some marketing to remedy the issue. Everyone wants to see healthy sales & the decline in the share price is irrelevant.

Is the Jim account being sold off during trading hours ? why are the Riverfort sales only conducted out of hours ? why can’t the two take place at the same time ? Why does one prevent the other ? What is delaying the marketing ? Does anyone have a clue ?

In fairness to Geng he is the only poster on this bb who posts about ‘stock market’ related data. He tried to call the bottom but that is a little difficult with a constant dilution program running. This sell off should come as no surprise after the pfs.

The process of dispersing the shares into the market is different from Crede because PI’s moaned. The current process usually takes place at 2.70p or above. Providing that there has been enough volume bought during the day. It appears that the Jim account holder is off loading the position, which is causing a delay due to the overall daily low volume. There is only so much selling that can occur without impacting the share price. Lets hope this concludes soon so we don’t see going concern mention in the RNS’s again.

The position in question appears to have been accumulated just prior to the pfs & is currently in a process of being sold down. I would expect the account to disappear upon completion in a few Months time, along with the increased A trade activity. With the assistance of Marketing, sales should then improve. I note that posters here are concerned re the lack of sales volume.

Hi, last years contract has been rolled over, so $1.2m left of the first draw down followed by $2m & $4m. To total the $10m. All you have to do to make the sp rise, is buy in excess of these amounts. Otherwise make a hobby of researching EV’s & Nickel to pass the ‘years’. That’s what posters do here.

Yes it’s amassing how novices keep buying the shares. Only to see the graph flat line, year in year out. Sales volumes are well 'short' though, so expect some more costly marketing. Will there be a new script ? Studio, lights, camera, action !

Excellent news, a sale of 500k & the first for sometime. The winding down of a pfs trading position has caused some delay but now looks to have paused at least for today. Lets hope sales continue to improve.

Hollowed hi, the project is financed by issuing shares & thus funded by shareholders. Last years share placing contract has been rolled over with $7.2m authorised for issue. As a result the stock side channels & is susceptible to price decay. Some here think that a bounce is due, you will have to ask them why they think this. Otherwise it’s a long term punt.

A book uncrossing for just £314 opened the stock up 13% this morning. Lets hope this excellent performance gets noticed, so sales can increase. Everyone wants to see sales improve. Buying below this price is an advantage but you are correct the spread will most likely erode any potential profit, thus the absence of Pro traders.

So who bought recently & took the sp up above 3p & are now looking at a 2.515 bid quote. Never too late to learn, you won't win against the Pro’s.

Hi Geng, remember for every buyer there is a seller. So if someone buys at sub 2.7p then someone is matching that order & selling at the same price. You are correct the largest volume bar recently is priced at 2.7p. However if the stock stays in this price range then the trade price may have to drop accordantly. After the pfs spike this should come as no surprise. Obviously the spread here is a grate trade for anyone that is in a position to trade it.

Sorry, but no chance unless the short selling stops.

With the market cap now down to £19m, what will the new share placing contract look like ? Obviously the lower the market cap drops, the better the chance of a TO. Which is what everyone wants. But some way to go yet, below £10m would improve the chances. Isn’t it exciting !

Hi Solis, the information is contained on this site & you can calculate the percentage yourself whenever you see a short covering trade. TDT posted a link to a PDF re shorting a couple of Weeks ago, which you may find informative. Alternatively on days like PFS Tuesday, option calculations may be employed ie price range & standard distribution, typically 40%.

With anything up to 77.5% of the days trades shorted, it would be a miracle to say the least.
