Noloss hi, in answer to your previous question, I would expect a price similar to Riverforts contract ie an average of the low & high over a period of time. ‘If’ this is occurring now then the recent low is 1.61, you will have to guess at the high price. If say a three Month period, then possibly 3.12p, equals about 2.36p. However takeovers are rarely at a premium, these days. Anyone can instruct a market maker or prop shop to short & obtain voting rights at the lowest price possible. D4E’s are a form of takeover, which often involves shorting. It’s common for wealthy shareholders to launch a bid but they can’t take on the Pro’s. I think that it was Flybe where that was tried last, at grate expense to some. On the TV all that will be reported is that the company has been rescued & some jobs will be saved. But no mention of the process. Shareholders get wiped out & what’s left is asset stripped. Ftsedow hi, your obviously curious & not getting any answers here. There are many different types, if you would like to post a contact email address, I can explain in more detail.
