Health sales were achieved every day last Week & have continued every day so far this Week. The recent price rise has assisted in sales taking place at higher prices. However price decay is inevitable dependant on volume. I’m sure everyone is delighted to see the improved sales environment.

A Russian roulette gamble with your money ?. Stocks trade on supply / demand liquidity & Exchange Market Makers assist . Off book OTC trades can be very difficult to execute in volume. Also if all of the debt is absorbed into the ‘common stock’ value, my worst case scenario calculation is about half a penny a share. For all those with their heads in a bucket, lets hope I’m, wrong.

Hi Geng, are you aware of the market mechanics running in the background that cause your graphs ? Rising triangles, descending, side channelling, how Gaps are used, short selling. It’s all there to a trained eye & a must for trading, knowing who is selling to who etc. Supply & demand is a major element, so what’s the result of infinite supply ?

Excellent to see an after market entry at 3.025p & more stock issued for placing. Continuity is the name of the game.

Considering that some here stated to being invested, when the stock was above 22p some years ago & it is now under 2p. It does pose the question, how low does it have to fall before they are dismayed ? Would they still be positive if the sp was in minus figures ? Something not quite right.

Someone asked yesterday for a guesstimate share price after the D4E. If the Debt is £1.715bn attributed to yesterdays closing price then my calculation is just over half a penny at 0.00564. However this is just a guesstimate as we wont know all of the details until the re rate. Hopefully this is far short.

Preceding the sale was a buy at 12:38 1.798 x 530,146, this will have created enough ‘value’ in the system to then enable the large sale at that price. Some trades can be delayed while being worked & then appear out of order.

This has been an excellent day for sales, with another large sale of 801,147 shares at 14:15. It usually takes a few days for the value to accumulate prior to extraction. TCheung, sorry I missed your post.

Hi, there was posts on the TCG board about the D4E a few Weeks ago, those that still hold the stock ignored the warning and continue too. I posted yesterday that a re rate is only a matter of time. After one guy posted that TCG wasn’t Interserve & would recover to 40p. Try posting that shareholders might be lucky to get a penny a share & see how that is received. I’ve posted many pointers on this bb over the years to try to encourage a wider understanding of how the market works. All I see now is barrages of Nickel, EV’s & Battery internet searches posted. Do you honestly think that that is all you need to know to make money in the stock market ?. If it is, then you may be very disappointed. However it is a good distraction form the reality. D4E process, sadly novices have to learn the hard way.

TCheung hi, the average Non-Ex’ salary is $61k & comes with annual increases of 14% to 30%. Since 2005 the annual payroll has increased from $309k to $1.635m. As the only source of funding is diluting the market cap, it does pose the question, is this really necessary & sustainable ?

With large holdings sold off & Market Makers covered any losses. Purchasing for voting rights or a high risk gamble. If this is a D4E process, then it’s only a matter of time before the stock is suspended for re rating. Time will tell.

With an extra mouth to feed, lets hope Sales improve over the coming Weeks & Months. Sales are the most important factor at present & marketing is key.

Rupps, someone posted on here that that had been said at a meeting. However you are correct & for other reasons that you are probably not aware of. Share pricing moves up or down due to supply & demand. Unless there is enough demand, the share price will decline, anything else would defy mathematics. I’ve stated here before that company’s list on markets for funding. It’s impossible for a company with no income to provide shareholder value.

Rupps hi, the stock market is full of contradictions. Pro’s talk of liquidity providers providing liquidity. But upon academic research they have been found to be taking liquidity, of cause. The market is all about moving money from person A to person B & if you don’t know how it works, it will be to your cost.

Rupps hi, My understanding is that the objective was not to dilute the share price. But as you point out, with extremely low volume, price decay is inevitable & thus the short covering price has had to be lowered. Re pricing I would think more of the Market Cap than the share price. Ie £10m to £5m to attract a possible buyer ?. Obviously the current price tag is too high.
