Thanks Dimitri, seems strange that list totals 140M yet the company stated 130M. Anyone able to offer up a reasonable explanation, no point asking the company as they won’t tell us anything at present.

Dimitri; thanks for that. Will be interesting to see how many are exercised, I’d think only CS will know exactly what’s going on but I’m sure they others would have more knowledge that us. I’d guess GFs family will be entitled to his.

Leno, do you know how many of the options are for the BOD? I seem to remember around 25m for CS and 5 m for Garry F but none of the others. Will go look now to try confirm figures

I can’t see us getting any news this week, but it’s possible the BOD might give us something before the options expire on Wednesday 2 Nov.

Stej; I genuinely believe there’s plenty good news overdue which would see a massive increase in the SP. what I don’t know (or have a clue about) is when that information will be released by the BOD.

Stej; I actually agree with what your saying. I think the point most people are saying though is that the BOD aren’t giving us all the facts, some of which could and probably would have a huge impact on the SP. eg if they’d said we’re not selling until we have a dfs for MT which will take x many months/years (remember it was nearly complete in Sept 2021) I honestly think some would have sold, the BOD didn’t tell us though and here we all are still waiting for them to release the true value.

Fair enough, so your basically saying the BOD are not telling us the truth about the war not affecting their ability to sell the assets?

Stej; we all have opinions but IMO after 2/3 years for shareholders to still not have a clue what’s going on is appalling. Look back at the history and you will see a string of very vague information, the initial suspension for 6 months, nomad resignation, FSP, NDAs, 2 day suspension, JORC shortly, no clarity on NKT open pit JORC, even the RNS on 29 June mentioned DFS 3 times and had different timeframes which none of us can figure out wtf the actually mean. I accept the war has caused issues (despite what the BOD told us) but to think the comms have been anything but pi55 poor is very blinkered IMO.

I’ve no idea what this will go for so whatever it is I’m going to have to accept. What I will say is if it’s below 40p I hope the directors have a fecking good bunker in Siberia to hide in as they will not be popular with any of the LTH. This whole process has been a shambles with so many twists and turns. The only constant has been the pi55 poor coms from the BOD.

Stej; RNS 2 March 2021. Are you saying the below statement is false?
“The Board is closely monitoring the evolving sanctions and re-iterates that no individual or entity identified in the sanctions is associated with the Company in any way. Nor do the sanctions prevent the Company from executing on its M&A strategy as announced”

You’re wasting your time trying to argue with Mac, he’s too arrogant to accept that he may be reading things wrong as he’s convinced he’s a mining legend (in his own mind). Only time will tell but I’m actually hoping it’s Dec now just to see if he’s got the ability to admit he was wrong (yet again)

Maybe we should all contact the company tomorrow and ask them to confirm;
When the DFS will be completed (Nov or 2022) submitted (Nov or 2022) & will it be fast tracked by the ERDC process?
It will save us having to read 1000 more posts from Mac on the subject.

1 Sept 2021; The MT DFS is in the final stages of its development.
29 June 2022; MT DFS on schedule for submission in 2022.
29 June 2022; has set aside sufficient funds to complete and submit a Definitive Feasibility Study for the Monchetundra project in November 2022.
30 Sept 2022; MT DFS being progressed for completion by the end of 2022.
Let’s wait and see what their next statement is.

Can someone give us the date of the RNS where they stated “November” I know I’d read it previously but can’t remember which RNS and all I have is;
1 Sept 2021; The MT DFS is in the final stages of its development.
29 June 2022; MT DFS on schedule for submission in 2022.
30 Sept 2022; MT DFS being progressed for completion by the end of 2022.

Norwaynellie; if you’ve been here for years why have you just started posting? I’m guessing you were banned and have created a new account. Of course no one knows where the base here will be or how height it may go but I find it hilarious that you state 1 or 2p yet are going to buy at 5p. Yes, I’ve been here for 3 years in around 2 weeks. First purchase was around 2.5p and of course I wish I’d sold in the 30s but I didn’t as I believed in what the BOD were indicating ref the sale (my mistake) I’ve always said I’m holding until they release news, that’s not going to change. If you read my posts I’ve stated quite clearly my opinion on the BODs communication skills. Good luck with your investments, I’m not convinced your genuine and I’m sure plenty others feel the same.
