I guess the biggest question we have now is how low will the SP go before our BOD announce news on the DFS? IMO the only option the BOD have now is a full asset sale as I can’t see many willing to invest in EUA v2 and suffer more years of this silence.

CTC, I’ve no idea but I’d think they’d be entitled to them otherwise they’d have changed the figure to 125M on the accounts, website etc

As usual none of us have a clue ref the options. I’d hope the BOD will clarify by COB today. GF had 5,000,000 options at 0.42. Not sure how anyone from his family could have any inside information so I’d expect these to be exercised at the very least, I would if I was them then sell them asap for a nice minimum 11x profit.

But would full value be factored into the share price? No it wouldn't.
But it’d be higher than it is at present and as you keep reminding everyone, the sp is irrelevant once the sale is announced!

Saint; I take everything Mac states with a pinch of salt as he’s been wrong so many times before.

@Mac; are you seriously suggesting the BOD could have the NYUD licence transferred any time they want it but haven’t? The BOD have been reviewing the NYUD draft CPR since 8 Feb so common sense would say to me to obtain everything they legally can ASAP in the current geopolitical situation.

If it’s such a simple process can you please explain to us all where the fecking licence is then because EUA certainly hasn't got it. LB is coming up with some good valid questions, you’re just spouting your usual blinkered verbal diarrhoea.

Layla; I was reading about that on Al Jazeera. I wonder if any Russians are able to buy EUA shares at present? BOD possibly letting their comrades get in on the cheap...

@ Lovelyboy; Excellent post. I’ve thought for months somethings just not right with this NYUD licence transfer and with no update from our illustrious BOD it really does make you wonder what is actually going on with it.

@LB. thanks, I’d think they’d have to advise us if they are either exercised or lapsed as technically both situations would affect the sp, dilution if they’re exercised, nothing if they’re not. I’d exercise them if it was me. Id think only CS would have inside info but it’s possible the others might have a better idea than the rest of us. I’ve emailed the company to ask if they can clarify about where the 10m went in 2020 as from the RNS it said all 140 million expire on 2 Nov 2022. Might have been a misprint but who knows!

OSF; I’m sure they know already exactly what’s going to happen with the options but as we know from previous communications the BOD will wait until the very last second to tell us shareholders what’s happening. I’d guess an RNS at 1830 on Tuesday 1st Nov unless they can release it sometime on the 2nd.

CTC; I’m with you 100% on that. Also wouldn’t the company have had to issue an RNS straight away if things had changed with regards to the options due to an NDA? 130M shares exercised is dilution so technically would/could affect the SP.

Totally confused, the RNS on 15 July 2020 has a breakdown of the 140 million options and states all expire 2 Nov 2022.

Dimitri, I’ve emailed the company and asked them to confirm the correct figure and if the BOD can exercise these in the current circumstances.

Not expecting a reply but it’d be nice to get some clarification.
