Oldspursfan; we’re simply not clever enough to understand what’s going on behind the scenes, thank god Macs here to keep us updated on all of the “facts” he’s made up.

If what you say is true Mac (and we all hope so) can you explain why the BOD haven’t done anything to progress these yet? Or are you saying they have but just haven’t informed us?

I agree Tilly’s humour has kept most of us sane these last days, weeks, months & years. Also agree ref Mac, he’s became a laughing stock on here and not many take anything he says seriously these days.

FFS Mac, budgets can be extended by a month or more if needed. Ref the buyer, I’d say they’d make a binding offer once the DFS has been approved not completed or submitted but I hope your correct (for once)

My thoughts exactly LB, they’ve hardly helped speed up the transfer of the NYUD licence, the only bit I can find ref licences is this;
“(iv) assistance with other matters which may include various issues including, but not limited to mining licensing support.”

Can someone who isn’t in Macs green bin please ask him if he can confirm that ERDC includes fast tracking of DFS approval? I think that’s the point he’s trying to make, excellent news if true.

Mr Wolfe; he predicted a string of RNSs in the run up to the AGM. 8 PME RNSs in that period so technically he was correct!

This is the communication received ref DFS, note the subtle change in wording. Not sure ref the date for the “submission in Nov” statement but Macs posted the details on that;
1 Sept 2021; The MT DFS is in the final stages of its development.
29 June 2022; MT DFS on schedule for submission in 2022.
30 Sept 2022; MT DFS being progressed for completion by the end of 2022.

Let’s all be honest here, we all hope the options are taken up by the staff & advisors because it has to be a positive sign for us (despite the small dilution) we also hope Mac is correct and the DFS is ready for submission in November, unfortunately we are all wise to the way the BOD word things and none of us will be shocked if it slips to 31 Dec (with a “geopolitical situation” excuse thrown in).

Stej; maybe consider buying more EUA shares with your deposit and reap the profit in a few months. You might even be able to afford a much bigger house if we get £1 per share :)

Excellent realistic post LB, kind of makes a mockery of our resident “expert” Mac harping on about Nov all the time giving everyone false hopes.

Calls; the BOD have told us in an RNS that the current sanctions do not prevent them from completing the asset sale so all the people on here who keep claiming the war is the hold up are basically saying the BOD have lied to us! Personally I think they are dragging out the DFS in the hope that the situation in Ukraine will get resolved.

Ragsrob; nothing would make me happier than for the asset sale to be completed by March, let’s keep our fingers crossed for the DFS, NKT open pit JORC, NYUD licence and some kind of update from the BOD stating something along those lines to clarify exactly where we are at, unless of course that would go against the NDAs we have in place or the geopolitical situation is preventing any of the those from happening despite what the BOD told us!

Stej; do you honestly think I’ve never called the company or emailed them to ask questions? You obviously haven’t otherwise you’d know their response. I spoke with them months ago ref Rosgeo JV JORCs “shortly” and they said we gave you the JORC for NKT... I very politely pointed out that NKT isn’t part of the Rosgeo JV as far as I was aware but was happy to be corrected. Total waste of a phone call if I’m honest!

Stej; I said harder to believe not trust. If you see that list as me moaning then maybe your having doubts too. We’d have to be pretty stupid not to ask questions when there’s so much information missing or overdue and the information we do have is contradictory. The silence of the bod is seen by some as essential but IMO it’s not. I’m venting my frustration on here, nothing you, I or anyone else say on here makes a difference. I’m sure I’m not alone but if you don’t want to hear it, filter me, ignore my posts or simply don’t come on the BB if your so confident this will come good.

Stej; can you explain why you think I should sell my shares that I’ve held for coming up to 3 years when tomorrow they could be worth much more? My point is none of us have a clue what the true value of our shares are. If your so confident on a good result and think everything’s rosey then I’m happy for you. For me, I’d like the bod to clarify a few very important points before I make any decision to sell anything. Is that so hard for you to comprehend?
