Ragsrob; it’s getting harder to believe in the BOD when they tell us nothing. I don’t think they are holding back information just not been straight with us eg 519 days ago they mentioned a dividend but “forgot” to mention that the DFS was required first. The DFS was nearly complete end of last year (I can’t remember the exact date) yet now its due for submission by end of 2022. Artem was appointed in May and they told us he’d “hopefully” speed up the Asset sale yet it’s became apparent that the asset sale isn’t happening without the DFS so how could he ever speed it up? We’ve no idea what’s happened to the NKT open pit JORC. NYUD licence is s till not transferred and you can’t tell me they didn’t expect that months ago (remember JORC “shortly”)
I 100% agree about our potential, what I’m not sure about is when that will be realised and are our current BOD capable of delivering it?

For all those who say there’s nothing the BOD can say at present, I’d love some clarification on the current status of the NYUD licence, MT DFS and NKT JORC;
1. 12th May 2021; “We are delighted to have received a proposal from a credible party that could allow us to pay a significant dividend to all shareholders” 519 days ago!
2. Rosgeo JV Licences; (1 Sept 2021) Nyud in advanced state 407 days ago!
3. Rosgeo JV JORC’s; (24 Sept 2021) due shortly 384 days ago!
4. Asset sale; (28 Oct 2021) buyers DD complete 350 days ago!
5. Binding Agreement Signed with ERDC (6 Dec 2021) 311 days ago!
6. NKT JORC; (16 Dec 2021) Work on the open pit part is in progress and the NPV of that part will be announced separately 301 days ago!
7. NYUD JORC (8 Feb draft CPR with BOD for review) 247 days ago!
8. 2 March; BOD confirm that the sanctions don’t prevent the Company from executing on its M&A strategy 225 days ago!
9. 18 May; Artem Matyushok appointed as INED to speed up the sale process 148 days ago!
10. MT DFS is on schedule for submission before the end of 2022.
11. 2 Nov 2022; 130,000,000 share options are due to expire.

I would expect the BOD are in constant dialog with the buyer who will be fully aware of the current situation. The BOD told us the sanctions don’t affect the asset sale and haven’t told us anything to the contrary since. Artem was appointed after the Ukraine situation started and the said they hoped he’d speed up the process. Therefore I see no current reason for the asset sale not to go ahead going on what we know. What we don’t know is my worry, is NYUD part of the sale, has the buyer insisted on having the DFS for MT and what about the NKT open pit JORC?

It does appear that Russia is acknowledging that the mining sector is very important to their future. Makes you wonder why they don’t approve the NYUD licence transfer quicker.

Bumble; That’d only be of interest to Eurasia if China are the buyers... my point is we don’t know they are. Macs had us connected to Japan, NN, Elon Musk, China and probably a few others I’ve missed. Agree with your point ref it’s more interesting than the war chat though so I will leave it at that.

That’s great news Mac. Can you point me in the direction of the RNS where the BOD confirmed we’re selling our assets to China? Just a minor point I know and maybe I’m been a bit picky but I’m sure you will clarify it for us!

Ricardo; I can see where you’re coming from however some of the information is pre Ukraine war and IMO the BOD have historically been and continue to be very economical with the truth. Any info they do give us ends up with the majority of us not really knowing wtf they are actually saying or what’s going on. IMO they could (and should) give us a comprehensive update as to our current situation then we can all decide what we wish to do with our investment, some will sell, some will hold and others will probably buy more.

No worries Pete, I’m not expecting anything back but think it’s time we started asking questions of the BOD & NOMAD. There’s far too many unanswered questions and absolutely zero clarity when it’s blatantly obvious there’s issues behind the scenes.

Lovelyboy; the amount of info the BOD aren’t giving us is ridiculous, it’s beyond a joke now yet still they say nothing and get away with it!

I’ve emailed the list to the company again and asked them to pass it onto the BOD & NOMAD for their comments. I’ve also emailed SP Angel to try get the nomads email address so I can send it direct. Not expecting to get anything back from either but it’s worth a try. If the war is creating issues with licences etc IMO the BOD should not tell us in an RNS we are not affected when clearly we fecking well are!

I think we’ve all accepted that the BOD won’t give us any news until we have the NYUD licence or MT DFS. It does make me question in what way the BOD expect Artem to speed things up with the asset sale and is the Rosgeo JV progressing at all?

Sbrace; the cynic in me questions why the RNSs are always so cryptic and obviously a lot of thought goes into the wording to keep us guessing yet at the same time they can use such amateur words such as JORC “shortly” I’m starting to think the cleaner gets to throw in the odd word every now and again lol

Thanks Lovelyboy; it’d be nice if the BOD would clarify.... but history tells me we’ve no chance of that! Guess we will just have to wait and see.

Sbrace06; I agree, if it was still on schedule for Nov why change to wording from November to 2022? That’s one of my biggest gripes with the BOD, they always manage to create a bit of confusion with each new RNS, it infuriates me.

Maybe you can phone them up Mac and ask them to clarify? It’s just another case of **** poor communication IMO which leaves us all a little confused as to what they actually mean.
