Dietch; I see what your saying and your probably right but IMO the company have got nothing to hide so I don’t see why they should stay low! I appreciate our assets are in Russia & I’m positive both UK & Russian authorities have looked into us in great detail and are happy with everything hence why we aren’t under any sanctions. I genuinely don’t see how clarifying our current status would change that.

They could sell the computer used to update shareholders. It’s not like they are getting much use out of it lately haha. On a more serious note, I can’t understand why they can’t just come out and give a generic update as to what the strategy is! We are waiting on the following licences, JORC’s, DFS and are currently negotiating with x many companies ref asset sales. I can’t see how that would be prohibited by NDAs and it’d certainly not do the SP any harm. The market, MMs & shareholders need some information and the BOD have it. Why the don’t release it is a mystery but then everything around this company is not straightforward and never has been since I first invested.

Mr Wolfe; I agree with your comment. Maybe they are in the process of putting it together, obviously he couldn’t give me any other info. IMO the BOD know the market has lost faith in them and their silence doesn’t help! It baffles me but I’m sure they must have good reason not release anything, the last thing they’d want is unhappy shareholders and the SP to continue to decline but the silence remains for now!

No worries CTC; When I asked about Rosgeo Licences, he did say which one? So I take from that we’ve applied for more than just NYUD, again I seem to remember reading previously that we’d only “officially” applied for one but to be fair I’ve lost the will to try keep up with it all as every RNS creates more confusion!

Just spoke to Keith and he said he can’t say anything further than what’s been said previously (which is to be expected). I pointed out there’s a lot of grey areas with regards to licences, payments etc and he accepted my points. He did say it was discussed post AGM by the BOD that an update would be beneficial to shareholders. I asked if they could make it very basic with no doubts or debates trying to read into what they are saying ie we’ve applied for x many licences, of which x many have been paid for. We expect them in approximately ie Q1 of 2023 (no guarantees). To be honest it sounds like he’s getting asked the same questions every day which is understandable as it’s difficult to figure everything out.

Does anyone know if the BOD commented on how they felt the Rosgeo JV was progressing? To me it seems that the NYUD licence is the big issue with concluding any asset sale. Considering the BOD told us on 1 Sept 2021 that it was in an advanced state and I’m positive on 8 Feb 2022 they said it’d been paid for, surely we must be due an update on its progress!

Do you not realise he replied to a different thread on this one knowing it’d get a reaction. Fight them by all means, but maybe try starting a new thread so the original one doesn’t get lost in hundreds of replies of arguing?

Mac; there lots of news that is classed as “close to been released” and unfortunately that’s where our issues start as the BOD seem to have decided to tell us feck all and the market doesn’t like the prolonged silence!

Herbie; they will have to give us an update on them some time. If you don’t think that’s going to happen you might as well move onto another share. No point wasting your time here

10. 1 Sept 2021; MT DFS is in the final stages of its development. 29 June 2022; has set aside sufficient funds to complete and submit a DFS for the MT project in November 2022

That’s because no one could attend last years AGM!

Carlito; I just got my login details via Halifax (after a lot of phone calls to the complaints dept) How did you manage to preregister your vote and get the virtual login. I was told it’s one or the other as you can’t vote twice!

TOC; of course the SP matters to everyone, it boosts confidence and gives us a bit of peace of mind, lets be honest no one is certain what’s going to happen here as we’ve already had so many ups & downs and no matter what anyone says there’s no guarantees of how this will conclude. The BOD have lots to answer for and I really hope that some clarity is given at the AGM however I’d not be shocked if they say very little apart from “no comment due to NDAs”. Someone mentioned it earlier, the SP on Friday could literally be anything based on what the BOD say or don’t say!

Office cat; I think saying sulky PIs is a bit below the belt. Some of us have been here a long time and tbh the amount of info the BOD are holding back on releasing is shocking. I understand they probably have very good reason for this but it certainly doesn’t help confidence in shareholders and if they were a bit more open about what they are doing it’d be better for everyone. What we all think on here is irrelevant, the market value us at 6.25 and that’s a pi55 poor reflection on a BOD of a company with our assets
