Folio; none of us can guarantee anything with EUA. It’d not shock me as it’d be another excuse for the BOD to say maintain their silence!

Sbrace06; the lack of updates, recent mysterious suspension and now delayed annual report/AGM are not what any shareholder was hoping for. I just pray that the BOD are more competent at negotiating than they are at communicating!

Dealer55; I genuinely have no idea, hopefully they will give us some updates but I’d not be shocked if it’s something else. The regulators etc must be happy with the BOD holding back information so that’s got to be a positive sign for us.

The clock is ticking for the BOD to come up with some news, they’ve already stated that they are fully aware that we are expecting lots of updates. I hope all that news will arrive by the end of this month which is less that 2 weeks away now. There’s only so long they can maintain this silence without losing the support of shareholders at the AGM vote (if we ever get one). Meanwhile there’s no point in us trying to guess what’s going on behind the scenes because none of us actually know and the Ukraine situation has to be a game changer (despite them originally telling us it wasn’t). I’m hoping for the Asset sale to be finalised and put an end to this process which has gone on for far too long. Come on BOD time to finally deliver!

Let’s hope Keith & our ever expanding BOD have got the auditors working every day (including weekends) to complete the annual audit and give us some much needed news. Realistically we all know that historically they will leave it until the very last minute possible!

It’s easy to understand why the MM’s are able to hold the SP so low. The BOD’s lack of clear updates are not helping anyone at all;

The BOD have royally messed this up. They’ve hid behind NDA’s, FSP, covid, War in Ukraine and now unable to present the Annual accounts & AGM. Their communications are appalling and yet certain people still think the sun shines out of their ass! How many new people have they appointed with the same results? As shareholders we have no certainty about anything and that has to be the BOD’s responsibility, the SP is constantly manipulated and controlled by the MM’s. The delayed AGM means they don’t have to face shareholders and explain themselves, it also prevents a vote against their proposals. I’m holding my shares (it’s a gamble but potentially life changing) but have lost all confidence in them to deliver an Asset sale. I hope they prove me wrong!

I’m not even going to comment on the latest RNS or the SP Angel article as they both sum up everything that’s been wrong with this company for far too long! Can’t be bothered reading through the 327 previous messages to find out if this has already been asked but has anyone managed to speak with the company today?

Looks like the BOD are going to leave it to the last possible minute to release the AGM news, I’m not sure ref the Annual Report as it states May/June, you’d think they are going to have to give us some clarity prior to voting at the AGM;
