Monday 6th June I believe is the last day to give notice if the AGM is on 30th June.

@Mac; what happened to all the RNS’s you said we’d get in the run up to the AGM like in previous years? Looks like your predictions were simply wrong once again.

Roger65; I’d think the obvious reason to delay it would be the War in Ukraine but considering they’ve already told us we are not affected by it I’d think it’d be very difficult to justify. Having said that, this is EUA and nothing would surprise me.

Tim, I believe they also have to give 2 additional days to allow for people getting access to the information. A total of 23 clear days.

Les, I think the last day they can announce it is Monday 6th June with the AGM held on Thursday 30th June. Really hoping it’s earlier and they include the Annual Report.

Nice to see the figures continue to drop.

Let’s just hope that the BOD are in a position to give us all the facts very soon. The only thing we can agree on is that none of us have a clue what’s going to happen and the BOD have kept their cards close to their chest. IMO sometimes far too close on certain issues which has led to the constant speculation! Hopefully a conclusion is coming very soon (not shortly) lol

Layla, I think the fact we exited the FSP (Formal sales process) without achieving a sale indicates it kind of failed (granted the BOD decided to change strategy) That was a year ago tomorrow and here we are still waiting.
