Cheers saint, no worries sbrace. So reading the comments Richards said “ 00927 is the original nyud license, the photo is showing it is no longer allocated to rosgeo.” That’s got to mean it’s transferred to EUA hasn’t it?

Sbrace, possibly NYUD? Any chance you can give us more details. Would be great to have some positive news.

What expenditure have we had in the 7 months since that RNS? NYUD licence, NKT JORC, possibly the other 5 Rosgeo licences & JORCs, Japan office and wages. Lawyers fees etc are paid on completion of the asset sale. I think it’s a decent question. WK income should boost the pot but again we don’t know what that was yet.

The “buyer” completed their DD 180 days ago so you’d think they’d be raring to go by now. Maybe they will be putting pressure on the lawyers & our BOD to hurry up & complete the deal.

Mac; I admire your positive outlook and wish I could be the same. What news do you expect the BOD to start dropping, do you think the NDA’s, Ukraine situation and asset sale will allow them to release bits of news?

If the last possible date for the AGM is Thursday 30th June. We should get notice by Wednesday 8th June at the latest. Will be very interesting to find out what the BOD want us to vote on and the annual report might give us all a better idea as to what the current strategy is. So a maximum of 43 days to wait (I hope)

Dshox; I’m pretty sure that if the BOD had a licence they’d be legally obliged to RNS it but maybe your correct. I will let the rest of the bb debate the number as I can’t see a way of calculating it with so many unknowns.

Dshox; I’ve never assumed any Rosgeo licences are ours, I’ve always stated they’re not ours until the day the BOD tell us by RNS. None of us have a clue what discount the BOD will offer. If your looking for a breakdown of what each mine is potentially worth, someone did a fairly comprehensive breakdown on Twitter. That was months ago though so I’d suspect figure will have changed. With regards to your original question, I’d think the sp will be 5% or so below the asset sale price, plus the value of any assets we are retaining (WK and possibly any of the 9 Rosgeo assets if we have the licences & JORC’s). Hope that help with your calculations.

Dshox; that’s virtually impossible for anyone to predict as we don’t know what they are selling. At the minute I think most people will just be happy that the BOD deliver a sale of something. I think MT, NKT & WK is all we currently own (we’ve paid for the NYUD licence but it’s not officially ours yet)

We all have an opinion but the harsh reality at the moment is that the BOD’s current strategy is Ferking killing the SP and us PI’s. The silence is playing into the MM’s hands as they drop the SP daily, the BOD’s reputation is on the line here and IMO they are not covering themselves in glory by saying BAU in an RNS 8 weeks ago yet giving us no updates on the asset sale.
